Bankers Away!
Banking seems to be in the air? The Chet and Bernie series has you covered. Here, from the latest, Bark To The Future:
Yes, Dak Quacky Duckworth, a safecracker we’d brought in when we’d actually been working another case. Some details you forget, but I remembered the Quacky case very well, especially how he’d blown up the whole bank although the safe remained undamaged. We’d been inside at the time – something about insufficient funds, whatever those happened to be – which was how we’d gotten involved.
[Question: is it possible that the Quacky Duckworths of the world are actually at the helm of our national financial ship?]

Greetings!
Love the name Quacky Duckworth. :^) And I would answer yes to Spence’s question.
On and off light snow in this neck of the woods, but since it rained yesterday, there is no real accumulation.
Make today awesome!

Good day to everyone!
Sometimes we wonder if PA SQ has second sight.
He really seems to know what is going on in the world and has his paws on the “heartbeat” of it.

For anyone interested but without access to Iditarod news, Ryan Reddington has reached Nome. It should be another couple of hours until places 2 and 3 finish.
If anyone was watching the Iditarod Insider and couldn’t see, they were having technical difficulties. Even the Anchorage news channel had down time.

Congratulations to Ryan and his team!

Today is not only Pi Day, a favorite of our Heartfriend. It is also the anniversary of her Crossing the Bridge. All of us here, have been snuggling her and dining on her favorite flavors of gluten.

Thieves, it is interesting how important events piggyback on some days.
Pi day, passing day etc. It is also the day of Albert Einstein’s birthday.

Absent!…I’ve been absent from the blog for a while. I’ve been on my friend’s lap…sniffle!…Sad, bad news from the library. It’s been tough on her. So I’ve been providing Pug-Support as only I know how…wiffle!…I’m hoping she gets the energy to get her taxes done so I can get my slim-jim levels up to par. Hard to say but that is second on the list right now…sneeze!gurgle!
