Normally on Sundays we do beginnings, taking a look at the start of a Peter Abrahams novel, including those written under the Spencer Quinn moniker™, but yesterday the quilt came up in the comments, so before we forget …

The C&B-themed patchwork quilt (below) was made by the Plunderers (an active subset here at the blog). It hangs in the office where all the writing gets done, a thing of beauty and a good luck charm.

Out on the road, Spence mentioned the beautiful quilt that the Plunderers (a group within the group here at chetthedog.com) made for him a while back and said he’d post a picture of it. So therefore:
