“How did it go?” says Admin.

“Very well, I thought,” says Spence. “The beer was great. There was also a cool band and lots of members of the nation within running around. This was out at the Cisco Brewery place. It’s so beautiful and – “

“Publicist called. She said to ask how many books you signed.”

“I certainly signed books.”

“Publicist is looking for an actual number.”

“An actual number?” says Spence. He thinks for a while. “The Bailey’s was excellent.”

“What are you talking about?”

“It’s a new ale they’re doing. Light but hoppy at the same time. Went down very easily.”
