At 9AM ET I’ll be on The Point with Mindy Todd and my friend librarian Jill Erickson, WCAI Cape and Islands NPR, discussing books from our home shelves. Thanks for the suggestions yesterday, at least one of which will be on the show, unless I forget.

Tomorrow I’ll be on The Point at WCAI (Cape and Islands NPR), hosted by Mindy Todd, where we’ll be discussing books on our shelves at home, what with this situation. 9-10AM ET. I was thinking of The Wind in the Willows, Dan Crenshaw’s new book, a recent Hitler bio (maybe I’ll skip it but it was good), a book about Chaucer in 1386, a funny novel called The Idiot by Elif Batuman, maybe the Arthur Ashe memoir – because I’m missing tennis, a book on Lincoln as a great writer … and … any suggestions?

On The Radio

We’ll be on The Point with Mindy Todd – WCAI Cape Cod and Islands NPR – and librarian Jill Erickson this morning at 9 AM ET discussing books on the American West. An appropriately huge subject! You can listen! You can call in! You can ask about the importance of the west in the Chet and Bernie series, and other softball questions like that!
