And of course, there’s an audio version of HEART OF BARKNESS, the complete text narrated by the very talented Jim Frangione who’s handled the whole series so superbly. (And something quite special happens at the very end of his reading!) Coming July 2, available for preorder.

Jim Frangione – who does such a fabulous job reading the audio versions of Chet & Bernie and Bowser & Birdie – will be with PA (also known as Spence) today at 3:30 on beautiful Cape Cod. Today is not a beach day, by the way, so why not come?

Centerville Library, 585 Main Street, Centerville, MA 02632, 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

(Susan Bennett does the narration on THE RIGHT SIDE. We love her take. Among other things, she’s the voice of Siri.)

Peter Abrahams (known to many of you as Spence) with Jim Frangione, the gifted reader of Chet & Bernie and Bowser & Birdie books. We did this last year and it was a lot of fun. Hearing Jim read in person is mesmerizing. And PA just sits around! A win-win! Books for sale and signing courtesy of Books By The Sea.
