Yesterday in Albuquerque
Spence got to meet Siber-H/Nicki, a famous Plunderer (they’re mainstays here at the blog).
Welcome Princess Leia.
Today at 4, Spence is at Vroman’s Books in Pasadena.

THERE SHE IS!!
Wonderful job, Siber-H’ mom! Who cares if you forgot the passport, you got a picture!
Congratulations
9:35 am on September 15th, 2013
Gooood morning, everyone! Nice foto of OHA and SiberH’s mom š Saw Rio’s home town on TWC this a.m. Hope he’s safe and has h2o wings at the ready. No storms in So Cal, hey OFA, what’s with that??? You’ve been taking wild weather other places.
Had 8 turkeys in front this a.m. strolling around and thought of Melanie and WKRP…As God is my witness…
Have a sumptuous Sunday š
9:40 am on September 15th, 2013
Excellent picture!
Good morning all.
9:42 am on September 15th, 2013
What is that sticking out of OFA’s head?
9:49 am on September 15th, 2013
Happy Egg Day! WOOOOO HOOOOOO! Siber’s mom and Spence! How cool is that!
Yeah, HOH, what is that thing on top of Spencer’s head? Do you think maybe he is a Martian???
9:54 am on September 15th, 2013
Siber-H – love the picture of your tiny mom š and a smiling Spence.
TSATF is well done with lovely descriptive passages. Thanks, Spence.
Howlers – sent you a forward concerning scheduling from the paper yesterday.
9:54 am on September 15th, 2013
I used to have one of those when I was very small. My mother called it my “ork”.
Today is Sunday Baroque. Lovely.
Heart worm shots, dealing with the pool, trying to keep warm . . all part of the day.
Buddy, it is sort of weird cool that I have an alter ego here on Chet’s blog. I can read about what the other me is doing and saying. I have two guys and recently a new daughter (in-law). I think I miss something sweet when I didn’t have girls.
On the other paw . . they could have been like me. Hmmm, I stick to my guys and my grown up gal!
Happy Egg Day to those who have one.
9:55 am on September 15th, 2013
Got it Bluecat. Sob. Nothing stays the same.
9:56 am on September 15th, 2013
Zoƫ is now finished with Sound. She loved it. Wants to take me plus the Pack to New Orleans. If we go? Not getting near the gators.
9:59 am on September 15th, 2013
HOH, usually we have live turkeys in the yard. Nothing this year. The adolescent bear is still around. We haven’t heard any of the Eastern Coyotes so far. A great deal of deer.
We are keeping our eyes peeled. (Not sure where Chet would take THAT saying)
Off to work I go!
10:16 am on September 15th, 2013
Melanie: Chet has commented on “keep your eyes peeled” in at least 1, maybe 2 books. He doesn’t want to think about it as it sounds painful.
We were sure OFA’s head decor wasn’t a halo (heh, heh.heh).
Before today’s post Daddy Dawg and mom bet on whether today would be: Chetspeak, no post, “What’s in a name?”, or the whirlwind tour. Everyone here lost š
10:37 am on September 15th, 2013
Greetings!
Wooohoooo, Siber-H ‘s mom and Spence! A great picture.! There looks to be some other things sticking out of Siber’s copy of TSATF….
10:38 am on September 15th, 2013
Today OFA will be in mom’s old stomping grounds as she spent her first 18 years in L.A. county. Distance from her old place (where her baby bro still lives) to Pasadena is short in miles, L-O-N-G in time. Ah, So Cal š
10:51 am on September 15th, 2013
O’Howlers: I think it is three Plunderers…I can count past 3. How is Dima?
CHobbit: Love the picture of our favorite pugs looking in the fridge.
Buddy: Being the film person that I am, I love seeing all film in its original form, they it is intended. But, there is nothing like seeing a classic on the big screen, and if WB does as good of a job as they did with Dial M for Murder, then it should really be fantastic. I just love Oz!!! ( I minored in film).
Oh, Grizz and I watched a silent classic GREED yesterday. Wow!
10:57 am on September 15th, 2013
Mom majored in Theatre Arts. She doesn’t feel creative here as performance is fleeting while paint, paper, sculpture, cloth are enduring.
11:10 am on September 15th, 2013
Look it’s Siber-H’s Mom & Spence!!! What a Great Photo!!!
(whispering) what is that atop OFA’s head? looks like…the Space Needle.
Plunderers, What a Great Morning! WoooHooo!
11:24 am on September 15th, 2013
Space Needle? Bear, You’re trippin and 2 days early. They are in Albuquerque, Remember?
11:25 am on September 15th, 2013
Avatar! Give it back…now.
11:38 am on September 15th, 2013
I like old movies, too, except for a somewhat different reason…I can follow them. Modern movies just usually frustrate me. Sort o like modern commercial that play a little music, or have a little skit or something and never say what they’re for. Back in the days before history, you always knew what a commercial was for, and could follow movies by their soundtracks and dialog. Now you get these guys making movies with big long musical passages, or worse, big long silence. Makes me crazy. Guess that’ what they call progress.
Now if I can just figure out all of y’all’s three-letter acronyms. “Check your STD” is probably not what it sounds like. And I dunno, but “OFA” is probably not “old fart author”, except I gather it refers somehow to Spence.
11:41 am on September 15th, 2013
Glad we haven’t heard from Buddy & Leno yet since they were posting @ 2:30 a.m. We know since we got mom up at 3:00 to bark at butterfly farts. Hope they are OK. And speaking of OK…T&G, how’s da beach, da lobstas, da chowda, da vacation?
11:42 am on September 15th, 2013
Mom realy had a great time yesterday. Thank you, Spence. I wish I could have gone to meet Spence and see all the stuffed animals in the bookstore. I would have left them alone, honest.
We got another half inch or rain and awesome thunder during the night. A state of emergency has been declared in NM, but compared to Coplorado, we are very lucky.
Rio, Please check in with us when you can. Your area of Colorado is now making the national news and my newspaper.
11:44 am on September 15th, 2013
Buddy and Leno stick with and always ask questions like you just did.
OAF stands for Our favorite Author.
SDD stands for email.
11:47 am on September 15th, 2013
Buddy and Leno: It is SDD and means “secret decoder device” and refers to email. OFA means “our favorite author.”
11:48 am on September 15th, 2013
Buddy & Leno: OK, so about the time we mention You are not here, you show up. Our kind of luck. Mom is the only one here that uses “Old Fart”, first for her father, now for her husband (ya gotta grow into it). Buddy, new language but you’ll catch on soon. OFA is our favorite author! Check your SDD not std. Nothing to do with sex and everything to do with electronic mailings. Mom lurked for about a year before “speaking”, is now a part of the Plunderer pack BUT is still learning and making “fox paws”. WE LOVE IT!
11:50 am on September 15th, 2013
Melanie uses acronyms on the blog for her family members. I can’t always keep those straight, but I try.
11:50 am on September 15th, 2013
Buddy: Ask and ye shall receive. ( on a Sunday, no less!)
12:00 pm on September 15th, 2013
So. Cal trivia!!!! There was a “Red Car, an electric trolly on rails that ran from Long Beach to the La Canada/Flintridge area up until the late 50’s (maybe early 60’s) BUT CA thought freeways were the way to go. Now try to GO/stop/go/stop. Miss the weather/climate…NOT the people. Tennessee is the place for me! Understand there is now a “subway/rail” line. I wouldn’t trust it in earthquake country. And speaking of earthquakes, CHobbit…are you old enough to remember the Good Friday ’64 Anchorage quake? Mom is, does!
12:12 pm on September 15th, 2013
HOH: yes I was a child in the Good Friday ’64 Anchorage quake. I was making a snowman and actually “heard” the quake before it started. Five minutes of rolling ground so severe it was hard to stand. Like being on an ocean with waves coming at you but it was ground. Trying to get a message out via ham radio to father who was in Kentucky. After shocks that felt like earthquakes.
12:17 pm on September 15th, 2013
CHobbit: Being from So Cal, I gotcha! 72 Sylmar, etc. Wasn’t life grand? 11 months after moving to TN an Earthquake hit here and moved my septic tank š If it weren’t for bad luck, we wouldn’t have no luck! Ha, Ha! BTW: in 72 was on top floor of 1920’s dorm room. WOW! The rolling! Better than an E coupon at Dianeyland.
12:29 pm on September 15th, 2013
SiberH!…snort!…Your Maw is a tiny little Hobbit too!…heh!…That photo has some technical issues, but they both look very happy….Woooo!Hoooo!…Who takes those photos anyways?…grunt!
12:34 pm on September 15th, 2013
Weather!…We have all been watching the news this morning…wheeze!…More people are missing and the rain continues – people have been evacuated just a mile or so away from us. Now the National Guard is here rescuing people left and right…gasp!…The Weather Channel is a good source of info. Looks like New Mexico is not doing too bad compared to us…sniff!
12:37 pm on September 15th, 2013
Oh what a Sunday. The sky is blue, the waves are rolling gently onto shore. The “tourists” are leaving….what could be better?
Siber – so glad you Mom allowed a picture. She is very cute and looks so happy with Spence. And I know he was happy to meet her too. He told us back this summer that he was looking forward to meeting you.
Buddy – everyone jumped in and answered. That’s all you have to do is ask. Now, we have a question for you. Before the next season starts, where do you stand on baseball? And on tomato gardening. Two topics that get a lot of attention on this here blog.
12:37 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio: Mom told you she saw YOUR town on TWC this a.m. As long as ya’ll are ok, good. Stop being a smarty pants pug.
12:38 pm on September 15th, 2013
HOH: from Anchorage we moved to Portland where it was hit with an big earthquake and then later to California where we experienced two bad earthquakes. A few years ago I was visiting Kentucky and at 4:30 in the morning there was a strong earthquake. Earthquakes were unheard of in that part of the country and everyone was talking about it when I went out to eat breakfast.
I’ve experienced one flood but no fires or hurricanes or tornadoes. Of them all I think tornadoes are the scariest with fires a close second.
12:39 pm on September 15th, 2013
T&G: Back to mom’s 11:41 post, how are all da “da” things?
12:42 pm on September 15th, 2013
CHobbit: Have now been through all. We don’t like but will respect the power of nature! GAH
12:45 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, Those pictures are taken with Spence’s cell phone. At least, that one was. The lighting was not good. The bookstore is rather dark. Spence had a member of his audience take the photo…a younger guy.
On this tour, if Spence gets any tomatoes thrown at him, he will know what kind because of this blog.
Rio and I don’t do tomatoes, we do BASEBALL!
12:46 pm on September 15th, 2013
Acronyms!…I pretty much skip over Acronyms unless I have made them up or they are well known…grunt!
12:49 pm on September 15th, 2013
Another quake in L.A. around ’68 something? Big worries the reservoir/dam was going to collapse with the big after shocks. Okay..just looked it up…it was actually the Sylmar Quake HOH just mentioned. Nana says she sure Remembers That One!
12:49 pm on September 15th, 2013
CHobbit: in 2001, lived in Temecula, CA, surrounded by Indian Res. Fire started. For a week mom took “sick days”‘ to watch fire burn same area 3 times š For us here? FIre, Tornado/hurricane are scariest. Maybe because we lived through earthquakes at an early age.
12:50 pm on September 15th, 2013
Photos! Cell phones usually take Great Photos.
12:51 pm on September 15th, 2013
Feeling a bit “Off” this MOrning. sniff.
12:53 pm on September 15th, 2013
HOH. – da lobsta is wonderful. And cheap – between 2.99 and 3.99 a pound. Da chowda is hot and rich and chock full o clams. Da beach is not too crowded, and soft underfoot. Da vacation is soothing and very healing to the soul and two weary bodies.
Wish all of you were here.
12:54 pm on September 15th, 2013
BSD: TY. Sometimes mom thinks she remembers things that weren’t You have helped. Funny how so many of us were in similar parts of this country around the same time!
12:56 pm on September 15th, 2013
Don’t mess with Mother Nature!
Let’s see.
Minor quakes (MA)
Major quakes (Japan)
Hurricanes (more than 5) (VA and MA)
Flood 3 or 4 (IL, MA)
Tornadoes 1 (IL)
Goodness . .
12:58 pm on September 15th, 2013
T&G Mom wishes she were there. I wish I were there for the food. You guys do great takeout.
Spence spoke yesterday about how he likes the dry, sunny, desert air but right now it feels like home to him here because of the clouds, rain, and humidity.
1:03 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio: Maybe your friend should reconsider the work situation tomorrow….cars do not like water! However, it IS the first day on the new job…a dilemma for sure. Possibly the office will be closed because of the extreme weather? One can only hope.
We all are keeping an eye on youse. Stay safe!
1:08 pm on September 15th, 2013
Siber: If, as Admin says, Spence is escorting the bad weather around the country-tomorrow may be a wet one here in the Emerald City.
No matter. The smiles we have seen in the tour photos thus far light up the room. š
1:10 pm on September 15th, 2013
Melaniea; 20 or more ravens in front yard. TY for the visit.
1:14 pm on September 15th, 2013
All this talk of Lobstas and Clam Chowda has made me realize it’s already Half Past Brunch Time Here.
BBML – Bear
1:17 pm on September 15th, 2013
Maskers!….I just checked the route to the busy-place and there are no road closures so farā¦dammit!….For the coming week someone will still be at the old crappy busy-place. Then starting next week she will not be commuting on the highway and will be going to a different busy-place right here in this cityā¦.snort!snort!….The drive across town will be nothing compared to the horrible commute she has experienced for years ā¦grunt!
1:22 pm on September 15th, 2013
SiberH!…Speaking of baseball, Todd Helton’s last game will be Sept. 29th against the Dodgers….sob!sob!sob!
1:23 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, That is great news about your friend’s commute to the new job.
What is all of this moisture had been snow. Only the Huskies would be happy.
1:26 pm on September 15th, 2013
Yikes!
Reading every other word because the 4 year old has took my brain and hidden it somewhere for the duration. I hope she gives it back before I leave the country later today.
Happy Belated Birthday to Barb!
SiberH: Your mom is another happy Plunderer meeting Spencer. Big, beautiful smile on her face. How tall is Spencer? I think your mom might be another Hobbit sized person. I’m starting to wonder if most of us Plunderers are vertically challenged women of a certain age. Too bad the camera was sold and the passport forgotten, but she remembered the main thing – she made it to meet OFA!
I remember one earthquake because I was watching the World Series and then, suddenly, I wasn’t.
1:26 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, Helton, sob, sob, sob
First base in the Rockies games will never be the same.
1:31 pm on September 15th, 2013
Dawson, Spence isn’t that tall, but he isn’t short either. Mom is five foot, one inch.
Mom has come to the same conclusion you have about the human female Plunderers.
1:38 pm on September 15th, 2013
Short!…I bet if you measured Spencer from the ground to the tip of his pointy head he would be around 5′ 10″ or so…heh!…The tip of the point makes all the difference.
1:40 pm on September 15th, 2013
Whispering: I’m 5 feet 8 inches tall.
1:45 pm on September 15th, 2013
Siber and Dawson – Melanie and I are closer to Gandolf size than hobbit size. The Storyteller is about the same height 5’10” as Spence, if pictures can be believed.
And it looks like Masquers’ Mom is pretty tall too. Not sure about BluKat’s Mom, but she has a tiny, delicate name, so we picture her that way.
2:03 pm on September 15th, 2013
OK, so mo IS hobbit size with hairy toes! Ya gonna laff or what? Hmmm? So we all weigh almost as much or more than mom, ha, ha, ha.
2:19 pm on September 15th, 2013
Sneeze!…It’s rainin’ here…guffle!…Nothin’ much ta do but watch da football game later…sneeze!…It is Manning vs Manning…eh!heh!heh!…Gonna be a good ole game, yessirreee!…sneeze!
2:26 pm on September 15th, 2013
Why does Spence attract hobbit sized women? You tell us.
2:28 pm on September 15th, 2013
Love the picture of Siber-H’s Mom. Looking good there with the guy with the bun on his head.
Rio youse guys are starting to worry me. Stay dry and safe.
I am glad your new job will be closer! Just in time for the fall/winter driving season.
Does anyone want some bush Roma (Italian flat) bean or morning glory or zinnia seeds? I will be collecting over the next month.
Give me a holler if you do.
And Melanie, I remember that you want some Zinnia seeds.
2:31 pm on September 15th, 2013
Zinnia!….Staff, someone here says she wants some of those Giant Zinnia’s in her garden next year – if we survive that is….grunt!….Can you put some of those in the mail for her?
2:33 pm on September 15th, 2013
Sneeze!…Rio wrote dat last note up there…sniff!…He is always pushing me off da laptop before I can change my logon back to his logon – then he gets all mad at me…sniffle!
2:33 pm on September 15th, 2013
Dalton: S.F. 1989? Perhaps Candlestick park? Maybe.
2:34 pm on September 15th, 2013
Off!….dammit!…Off!
2:43 pm on September 15th, 2013
OK, so mom is hobbit size with hairy toes! Ya gonna laff or what?
2:44 pm on September 15th, 2013
HoH: Candlestick Park…yes…but Dalton?
2:48 pm on September 15th, 2013
Staff, We will take a few Roma bean seeds. Do you want some Kentucky Wonder pole bean seeds?
Nice picute of Siber’s mom, and she does look tiny. Probably about 5’2″?
Barb just got back from Lake Geneva for a birthday breakfast with Kelly’s family. Went to a really cool restaurant called Simple. The food was local and fresh, menu very haute cuisine.
Rio, Stay high and dry. We saw picutes on the news of poor animals that could not be evacuated. Very sad, in addition to lost human lives.
2:48 pm on September 15th, 2013
Bye until late tomorrow.
We are off to the Emerald City to see the wonderful writer wizard.
3:06 pm on September 15th, 2013
Wow!…Now Maskers will get to see Spencer – again!…grunt!…This will be a tour to remember by golly!
4:09 pm on September 15th, 2013
I was the shortest in my immediate family. I was 5’9″. I am shorter than that now.
On our half of the street in our small village, we do not have yard sales. We are all too lazy. First you have to drag it all out and then price it and stay around forever and haul it back in.
Our neighborhood just puts out free piles. That’s how we got the dog bed! Today the same neighbor (who has actually moved, but is still getting things out of the house) had another free pile. As I was walking by on my Riƶ Walk, the ex-neighbor asked if we wanted a Bose radio.
Well, yes! Here in our valley is difficult to get any radio to work. He delivered it and said to stop by because he was putting more stuff out. Zoƫ and I rested and then drove back. By that time almost everything was gone.
There was a pretty bowl that Zoƫ remembered from her childhood. We go that.
It is a 1930 Jade Green Kitchen Maid mixing bowl!
Cool . .
Buddy and Leno, thinking about your comment. Old movies were driven by dialogue (usually great dialogue) instead of car chases, things blowing up, and slow motion killing. I love dialogue.
4:13 pm on September 15th, 2013
Flood!…Fotos!…wheeze!
http://photos.denverpost.com/2013/09/14/photos-colorado-flood-damage-aerial-views/#1
4:19 pm on September 15th, 2013
OK Mom want to know what is wrong with being 5″ tall? She is/was
4:21 pm on September 15th, 2013
We have a fridge full of tomatoes once again. Our Brandywines are doing great. The Paul Robesons are not producing as well. And the Cherokee Purple seem to split or get holes on before we get them off the vine. Can anyone explain this?
4:27 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, Those photos are extraordinary. And very sad. We are wondering about the animals on those flooded farms. Hope they were evacuated.
4:35 pm on September 15th, 2013
Those photos are very sad. The crops will be ruined and as the Howlers said, we are worried about all the animals. Colorado has had a rough year.
Barb, subtract one inch from your guess on mom’s height.
4:37 pm on September 15th, 2013
Mom wants to take a ‘mater on Wed. to see OFA. Promise she won’t throw it. maybe….
4:38 pm on September 15th, 2013
Siber, Our momand your mom are the same height! Go figure.
4:45 pm on September 15th, 2013
I’m watching you…..

Wow, is apple great or what?
4:49 pm on September 15th, 2013
Beau,er, Rio… No problem. I get bags full of zinnia seeds š
Barb and Maggie. We will save you some of the Italian Green Beans but Mr.Staff has plenty of the Kentucky Wonders. He plants them in the corn and they love it.
O’Howlers, we have resorted to taking the Cherokee Purples off the vine before they are fully ripe and ripening them on the window sill indoors. That seems to stop the cracking but I have no idea why.
I don’t know why being short and hairy should be funny. My family is known by some of the in-laws as the midget family. However my toes are not hairy.
4:53 pm on September 15th, 2013
Howlers!…My friend says she can’t bear to think of how many animals are suffering during this whole disaster…sniff!…It’s too much to take.
4:53 pm on September 15th, 2013
Why do ya’ll think mom agreeded to no leg shaving this summer? Hobbit fuzzy!
4:59 pm on September 15th, 2013
(((sigh!)))
SiberH!…Check your SDD as soon as you quit digging in the mud..snort!
5:14 pm on September 15th, 2013
OK You are right… no leg shaving. OK whatever
else… ok?
5:16 pm on September 15th, 2013
Evacuations!…There are at least 1000 people waiting for a helicopter to come and evacuate them….wuffle!….But all the copters cannot fly today because of the rain. There are about 6 or 7 Black Ops ready to be used plus a whole lot of other kinds of helicopters…gasp!
5:18 pm on September 15th, 2013
RRRRight, noleg shaving….sooooo what else. Go ahead.
5:38 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, SDD sent through siberspace to you.
I hope the helicopters can fly soon.
5:40 pm on September 15th, 2013
Howlers, Usually tomatoes split from too much moisture just before they get totally ripe. Staff’s suggestion is good. Don’t know why the P.R. are not producing. Our Cherokee Purple has been one of the lower producers.
Usually we don’t recommend putting tomotoes in the fridge. It changes the texture and taste. Keep them out on the counter if possible.
6:23 pm on September 15th, 2013
Oh! We have been keeping ours in a big bowl in the fridge all season. Going to take them out now.
6:28 pm on September 15th, 2013
RIO! How close are you to this flooding? I am VERY worried about you all.
6:35 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rose!…Never fear! I have built a raft out of Beau’s cold hard bed…snort!…I will be able to escape if things get too wet here…chuffle!
7:01 pm on September 15th, 2013
Rio, Does it still look like your friend will be going to work in the morning? Isn’t the rain supposed to stop tomorrow?
7:17 pm on September 15th, 2013
So, first, thanks for the education. Second, Yes Melanie, I agree completely with you on movie dialog. I mean, I guess I like a good car chase as much as the next guy, but really. … Finally, baseball. My luck, I’d get hit by one. I don’t follow sports at all, sad to say, sorry about that. Tomatoes? We like them. Melanie (my wife, that is, who is a lot shorter than Melanie) bough me one of those hanging tomato thingies once, except I don’t know where it’s disappeared to, and I haven’t hung it up and tried it yet. Growing some delicious vegetables sounds like a great idea, and it’s one of those things I keep thinking I’d like to get around to doing, and then I think I’d best get some planters or pots or some such to grow things in, because we have a very small yard and I wouldn’t want to either accidentally have them mowed over, or have the critters pee on them, or step on them myself, or something like that. And I just haven’t done anything about any of that yet. Course, I’d probably kill anything like that anyway.
Well…between fires and floods and all kinds of things going on, y’all be safe out there.
7:38 pm on September 15th, 2013
Buddy and Leno, The Royals (T&G) have had excellent results using those hanging tomato thingies.
Riƶ, Jeeze Louise . . stay safe.
I had more to say, but can’t remember what it was . .
Everything is normal . .
Oh, Dawson, when do you go home?
7:48 pm on September 15th, 2013
Sneeze!….Manning beat Manning….snuffle!sneeze!…At da end there when Manning through the interception right to da other Manning’s player, it looked like he just wanted dat game to be over…snort!sneeze!
7:57 pm on September 15th, 2013
Buddy – if you want to try tomatoes, start with a patio tomato plant. Ours had the best flavored tomatoes of the season.
And thank dog you are not one of those baseball guys. Rio and Siber keep us informed with all (and more) that we need to know.
Is Seattle tonight on the tour? Geez – Spence is going to be toast with this schedule and all the time zone jumping.
Been a wonderful day here. Off to watch a movie, cuddled up on the couch with 3 of my favorite companions.
By the way – wonder how tall our Queen Bee is. We always think of having to look up at her.

Oleys, we think you will notice an improvement in the taste of your tomatoes when they are not refrigerated. Giada says never, never refrigerae them. They won’t keep as long, though.
Hope all have a good and safe night. Sweet dreams.

Hoping Pasmadena went well and as OFA heads north, things will continue to go well. BTW: When mom lived in SoCal , went Rose Parade two times: once in stands, once on street. Sheesefufmambo, that was hard to say!

Maters do not need a fridge. Do not cool them. When you put them up, use hot h2o or recipe to preserve! Have a good sauce (Governor’s Sauce) good wwith meats if any one is interested. If not, will inflict it on ya’all tomorrow

SiberH: You’re mom is beautiful with a great smile. I wouldn’t suspect anything less of your taste in two-legged. I’m fond of my Lady, but she is taller than your mom.
My Lady is going to stay in town tonight because she has to be at the airport at the crack of dark tomorrow. She’s going to a village she’s never been to before. She is excited, but it will be a long day at the start of a long week.
Head bumps to all youse and stay safe.

HOH: I think the object “on” OFA’s head is just a store sign like the back of a neon “OPEN” sign.
Latest house news: I had the water pressure tank replaced yesterday as it’s interior bladder busted 3 weeks ago. Today I have no water. Emergency guy arrived around noon and couldn’t get water to circulate. They are operating on the theory that after they installed the new tank, flipped the switch and left that the water pump itself lost its prime and in the intervening hours of running without water got burned up. So they took the water pump to the shop to rebuild it tomorrow. That is the good news. If it is not the water pump, that means that my well has suddenly failed. That would be the bad news.

B: Before I forget, my Lady has been craving pie. Baseball, hey batter batter, home run and all that.

Good Monday morning all. Maybe we will get a new updated post from OFA. Or maybe someone threw something at him and he can’t see the computer.
