Yesterday
“How was your visit with A. and L.?” says Admin.
“Just great!” says Spence. “Wonderful people, and very talented. I clogged up their booth for an unconscionable amount of time.”
“Today’s Sunday. Should we do Ingrid?
“How about we post this?”
“It’s not out till January, but … “
“Why not?”
Welcome Bandit and Sherlock.

YIPPEE! I’m looking forward to THIS!
Morning All!
8:28 am on July 24th, 2011
We are too!
8:51 am on July 24th, 2011
Me three. I am sure I will love Robbie, but would still love to see more Ingrid on of these days.
Can’t wait to hear more from Amalia. What a great day she had! Too bad T & G didn’t get to go with them.
Big storms here starting around 3:00. Barb couldn’t sleep so she is going to conk out before too long.
9:02 am on July 24th, 2011
Stephen King says “unputdownable.”. I like that.
9:18 am on July 24th, 2011
Hey Barb and MagPie, was just looking at the radar. Looks like those storms were nasty AND seem to be hanging around IL! Keep safe and get some sleep.
9:27 am on July 24th, 2011
This looks like fun. Wonder how old Robbie is. (Love the word “unconscionable.)
Good morning all.
9:39 am on July 24th, 2011
Mollypop: Only Stephen King could get away with (“is that even a word?”) unputdownable. I, too, like it.
9:50 am on July 24th, 2011
Yes! Unputdownable. What a word! My spell check is questioning it. lol
Good Morning Fellow Plunderers!
Another beautiful day here in the Pacific NW.
9:54 am on July 24th, 2011
I like the words in the last two days. . . very nice. I’ll never remember them, but I like them. Take that back I’ll remember unputdownable.
Hot?
Here’s a guy who does photography in Alaska. He lives in Kenai, Alaska.
I felt cooler just looking at his photos.

Unputdownable is now being sung in my brain.to the tune of “Unforgettable” by Nat King Cole.
Melanie: Cool photos.
Gotta go! A mosquito is stalking me…and there is that thing called work.
10:30 am on July 24th, 2011
Oh Dog, now that is going to be stuck in mind ALL DAY!
TYB, Please thank Jay for the “Sledders”. It arrived yesterday, but I didn’t get to see it until this morning. It’s beautiful!
10:36 am on July 24th, 2011
Rebecca, we would to see your audition video! Can you post it please?
Please? With a cherry on top?
10:55 am on July 24th, 2011
Good morning! Probably heading to Grand Rapids today to visit w/the fam and the nephew who will be heading back home to FL after his annual visit. Nick will be 15 next year, so chances are he will have a job or some other interest that he will want to say home and do instead of visit his aunts and cousins for a month. Of course, that is the PERFECT reason for me to visit FL around Christmas time!
10:56 am on July 24th, 2011
Catlike. Now I am regretting my thriftiness regarding the auction. I am having some serious envy issues.
10:59 am on July 24th, 2011
Darn ipaw. I had actually typed in ‘carpola’. It’s anyone’s guess how it came up with ‘catlike’, lol!
11:00 am on July 24th, 2011
Jasper’s mom; how long a drive is that?
11:09 am on July 24th, 2011
The Ryan Marquis photos are beautiful. He has the ability to make the view feel as though she’s there.
11:09 am on July 24th, 2011
That is a striking cover. It reaches out and grabs a dog (or a two-legged) and so does the blurb by Stephen King.
11:15 am on July 24th, 2011
Thanks for the compliments on my photos! It’s a relatively new hobby for me, so it’s always reassuring to receive positive feedback.
If you’d like to stay up to date on new photos as I post them, you can “Like” my Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/RyanMarquisPhotography
Thanks for the encouragement!

Wolfie, I’m remembering that phone call from Jamaica that your boys got telling them they had won a contest. A 63 year old woman here in NM received the same phone call and she lost something like around $63,000 to them. The police are investigating, but none of it will be recovered.
11:22 am on July 24th, 2011
Hi Ryan, The photographs are beautiful! Thank you for sharing the beautiful state of Alaska with us.
11:23 am on July 24th, 2011
Good morning, y’all! Mom just got home from church, so I’ll be here for a little bit. Then she and my girl are going out for a mother-daughter day. Sounds like fun, but it also sounds like something I can’t do, being as I’m not a daughter or a mom!
11:23 am on July 24th, 2011
Hi Ryan! I’ll go to FB.
11:44 am on July 24th, 2011
Hi Ryan! Glad you dropped by! I’ll have to FB you later and under the name of Zoe.
11:46 am on July 24th, 2011
What a great day you all had yesterday! I can’t wait to see more pictures.
Mom’s son and family are coming today to finish celebrating Mom’s birthday. She was too sick last week to do any more partying.
11:54 am on July 24th, 2011
Have a fun day Mollypop.
I don’t think we’ve heard from Wookie.
11:57 am on July 24th, 2011
Hi Ryan,
Yes, the photos are lovely. Thank you.
12:10 pm on July 24th, 2011
Robbie Forester sounds great, especially when SK says “unputdownable”.
Ryan, your photos and your FB page are great. Thanks for sharing, Melanie.
Barb, friends of ours are visiting Illinois and told us they had 8 inches of rain! They are trying hard to push that our way.
Yesterday, Mom & Pop put up some white tape fencing to let the horses in the only part of our farm that has grass. Mom says it saves her having to cut that little part (they have not cut any grass for ~2 months now), and will give the horses some grass for just a little while. But we dogs have to be careful because that low tape is pretty darn low and we can hear the electric pulses.
12:43 pm on July 24th, 2011
Just talked to YSAS. He’s in Production week. That means he has no brain other than what is involved with the play.
Had to remind him that it’s THIS weekend I’m coming down! He knew I was coming but, again, production week.
He is NOT playing Laertes as a wimp. He has decided that since he was studying with a master swordsman in France, Laertes is a warrior. I’m glad, I have never liked Laertes being a weakling (just some productions).
Also he told me that when his character finds out that his sister is dead, he wants to “rip people’s souls apart”. He has had his cast members in tears.
I am so looking forward to this. I will take pictures and video before and after, but I do not want to remove myself from the play by a lens. I want total emersion!
12:46 pm on July 24th, 2011
Great book cover!
Amalia: Thanks for the pictures! I would like to hear the story telling by Leonard too.
Rebecca: Yes, let us see the video.
Ryan: Beautiful pictures. I like the descriptions that you have of them.
12:54 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hey Mollie (ABP), where did you see the comment on the Snowhook’s video? I want to see it too!
12:58 pm on July 24th, 2011
Well I too am looking forward to the Sherwood Forest Gang. I know he talked about it rather a long time ago. I miss Ingrid and maybe this will be a good substitute.
Warning, baseball talk below…
Today Bert Blyleven is entering the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown NY. I got to meet him in 2009 when Mr.Staff and I toured the Metrodome. Mr.Staff insisted I take a picture with Bert. I am sure he knew Bert’s reputation as a joker.
Here is the picture.
1:05 pm on July 24th, 2011
Melanie: Wolfie asked Rebecca if she would post the audition video and I agree…
1:05 pm on July 24th, 2011
Thanks B for the concern; I’m still doing great, but the heat here has been really tough. Three days over 100 and today will probably peak out at a mere 97. In any event, I was twirling with everyone else with Amalia’s report on their meeting with SQ, PA and Admin too. Somehow, I doubt if Amalia and Leonard thought that the stay was unconscionably long though. It sounds as though they really had a great chance to get to know the author(s) and the person as well. Even the nice words he had to say about Mike Baker were appreciated. It’s also been awhile since we had about the Robbie Forester book, so it’s good to know that the release is upcoming soon. And the Newf film was great too. Twirling all over the place. Wookie
1:06 pm on July 24th, 2011
Rio, I don’t want to hear about it!
1:06 pm on July 24th, 2011
I like YSAS’ take on Laertes. You’ll have a great time Melanie.
1:09 pm on July 24th, 2011
I think it was Wolfie who first mentioned Snowhook’s audition video.
Me too!!! I really, really, want to see it but I thought I’d be polite and not ask until you guys started mentioning it.
Staff, with some of us, baseball talk and baseball photos are always appreciated.
1:18 pm on July 24th, 2011
I’m sure Spence would like to see Snowhook’s video.
1:28 pm on July 24th, 2011
Chet would like to see Snowhook’s video.
1:33 pm on July 24th, 2011
Because of Dan’s health, Zoë and Dan have not seen YSAS in a production for a long time! I wrote to the director about them REALLY wanting to see it and they are taping and will LOAN us a copy! Both of my parents have been so supportive of his career and this is just FANTASTIC!!
1:35 pm on July 24th, 2011
When AJ is away, I sleep on his side of the bed just to shake things up a bit. Apprarently, Tenzing, Luna and Belle Starr like to shake things up a bit as well. The crowded, they scooted, the snuggled me to the edge of the bed last night as each insisted that they sleep on AJ’s side, too.
Ryan: The pictures are wonderful. What talent! I’ve only been to Kenai a couple of times for work so I wasn’t able to enjoy the area as much as I would have liked.
Melanie: Check your SDD. Can’t wait to hear about YSAS’ performance.
Wolfie: I don’t know that I have the technical know-how to post said video. The video isn’t anything special, just AJ and I talking to the camera along with Garcia. When I picture Chet, I picture the likes of Garcia.
I think when you’re the likes of SK, you can make up words like unputdownable and get away with it.
2:16 pm on July 24th, 2011
Melanie: I am glad that the director understands the situation and is making it possible for YSAS’ biggest fans to see him on the stage.
3:12 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hey, guys. For those of you who read Laura Levine’s Killer series, Mom just found one on Amazon she has not read. “Killer Cruise”. She just ordered it for a fast, light summer read.
3:23 pm on July 24th, 2011
Ryan the pictures are beautiful! (Thank you for posting the link Melanie) Later Nana will go to F/b.
Rebecca: We all would like to see the video!
Alice: Nice picture! BTW-Thank you for letting Bear know the books arrived yesterday. Nana says to tell you she has loved and cherished each one and hopes Staff enjoys the stories as much as she did.
4:16 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hi everyone. Mama says she is really busy at the show. Thousands of people with lots of questions. Not as many sales as questions but she is still in twirling and yeeping mode so she doesn’t care.
She says she will be on the blog more tomorrow
She sure does sound happy !
4:36 pm on July 24th, 2011
Rebecca, could you possibly email it to Melanie or someone?
4:44 pm on July 24th, 2011
Wolfie: We were thinking the same thing.
Tupper&Gilly: Thank you for the update!
6:11 pm on July 24th, 2011
Yeepers!…There sure is a lot of exciting things going on around here…snort!
Robbie!… We have our first peek at Robbie Forester! That looks amazing! Forget Ingrid – I’m ready for Robbie and the Gang!..heh! ..We can always count on Stephen King for a great review of the Charming Mr. Abrahams books…snorkel!
Clarkson!…Wow! He is in Production in a Shakespearian Play…snort!….This is very exciting news! Melanie since you are going to go to NYC and see the play – this would be a really good time to get an autographed photo of Clarkson for me. Are you listening to me Melanie???…huffel!
Snowhook!…Holy Camcorder! They’ve been videotaped and are in the running to make a Documentary!…Wow! That would be so amazing if it happens .…chorkel! …I wonder if they will video tape Rebecca being pushed off the bed by all those other guys at night….heh!snort!heh!
Staff!… Standing there oblivious to a Hall-of-Famer joking around at her expense…snort!…Classic Staff!…heh!
Photographs!… Then, we have a very talented Alaskan photographer visiting us….snort!… Where the heck did this guy come from? His work is amazing. I wonder if he would be up to photographing a certain Iditarod Dog Sled team next March??…snorkel!…I bet he would take some amazing shots of our team…snort! …I wonder if he reads Chet and Bernie?…hmmmm!!
Me!… My life sucks. Boring as hell….snort!… All I did today was supervise the cleaning of my other house….sniff! …It seems so empty without all my dishes and toys and the big plant…grunt!
King!…The only other thing that would really blow my mind today is if Stephen King himself were to post on this here blog…heh!…((Talk about a Cold Day in Hell))…snort!
6:11 pm on July 24th, 2011
Mom & Pop just got home from an Outing that we couldn’t go to for some reason. When we went outside, our grass was a little wet, as are our lounge chairs. No rain registered on our rain gauge tho, but we think that is not working correctly. Apparently we got something, however miniscule.
So glad Zoe and Dan will get to see YSAS’ performance.
6:18 pm on July 24th, 2011
Riö, I’m very interested in whether or not the large plant came with you. Wasn’t there some sort of story that you might have done something to or near or on the plant?
Did your friend take the opportunity to trash it?
How about all your toys? If your bed doesn’t fit in the room where are your toys? Have you taken over the big bed? I love the fan. It sounds wonderful!
6:28 pm on July 24th, 2011
We are finally getting back to the blog. Had storms, then company, then a much needed nap, then some grass cutting.
Yes, we were on the verge of a drought, now some areas are having flash floods. Ground is so dry it doesn’t soak in. Here at our house, the grass and garden looks pretty good so far.
Saw on the news the terrible conditions in Texas, due to the drought. Wildlife is dying, cattle are dropping over, and ranchers are trying to sell their herds before they die. What is happening?
Still hoping for a picture of Amalia and you know who.
6:43 pm on July 24th, 2011
Plant!… The last time I saw the large plant it was in a pile of stuff that was going out to the trash…grump!… I think I still could have gotten a lot of use out of that plant, if you ask me…sniff!
Toys!… My toys are safe and sound. Never you mind about my toys anyways…grunt!… They are exactly where I last left them. My bed is outside on the patio because she has too many dressers in the bedroom now…grumble!…She says I will have to sleep out in the living room area tonight because I kept her awake all night last nigtt…snort!… Well, my toes hurt last and I needed to lick them. They got stepped on a couple of times, and then I had a bit of gas from lunch….sniff!… Plus, I was stuffed up from all the dust swirling around during the big move….cough!sneeze! …I slept okay though. I don’t know what her problem was….huffle!
6:54 pm on July 24th, 2011
Glad to hear you are getting back to
your old grumpy selfnormal, Riö.Wölfie, how are you doing? I’m thinking of packing up all the dogs and going to visit BearSpiritDog. His weather sounds great. Tomorrow is supposed to be better. Of course, I keep hearing that day after day after day after day after day . . .
7:00 pm on July 24th, 2011
Normal!…We are sitting in the basement watching Hillbillie Handfishin’…snort!…What a Hoot! These two hillbillies take City Folk who are looking for a thrill out to a muddy creek to git bit by a HUGE Katfish…snort!…Those fish are huge!! And they BITE!…gah!
7:37 pm on July 24th, 2011
Fishin’!…Well that was fun for about 5 minutes…heh!…We are trying to catch up on that show called, “Fallen Skies”…sniff!…Not sure exactly what is going on with this story. Her mother just went to go get supper. Burritos!…Woooo!…Tonight will be a sheet raising experience…snort!snort!…Oh, wait. I’m sleeping in the living room all by myself…grunt!
7:48 pm on July 24th, 2011
Melanie: Pack everybody up and come on out! Hmm..let’s see….that’s nine Newfs, you, Zoe, Dan….
7:53 pm on July 24th, 2011
And the Pool BearSpiritDog. Just have to figure out how to pack the van . . .
Riö, not really interesting in the fishing, but I did look up “Fallen Skies”. Interesting, Stephen Spielberg is the executive producer. I’m going to try that one, but not right now, I’m going up the stairs to bed.
So TTFN
7:54 pm on July 24th, 2011
Bear!…You guys better go shopping for all that food for the Melanie Gang at a Warehouse type store….heh!heh!
8:00 pm on July 24th, 2011
Melanie might not have to bring the pool. Bear is surrounded by water.
8:21 pm on July 24th, 2011
Heh heh heh,
Gus wants his new pool in the cool house….
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/07/24/this-dog-wants-his-pool-inside_n_908128.html
Reminds me of someone we all know. Someone ‘evil’…snorkle.
8:23 pm on July 24th, 2011
We are getting ready to veg out for the night. Doing some chicken shis-ka-bobs on the grill, with some wild rice and fresh hericot vertes (green beans in other words).
We are going to watch some Lifetime tonight. Rio would probably not approve, but we are rewatching the JK Rowlings story. Poppy Montgomery does a nice job with the accent, at least to our uneducated ear. Then it is Drop Dead Diva and The Protector. Probably a little too girly for some, but we find them both entertaing. BBL
8:27 pm on July 24th, 2011
Add to list of things to do: Trip to Costco to buy food and supplies. We can all stay at No.1 Son’s while Nana is house-sitting. He has a big pool so no need to bring yours. And, there is plenty of room. We’re sure he won’t mind. Snicker.
8:31 pm on July 24th, 2011
Staff, That is a cute video. That dog knew exactly what he was doing
Bear, I hope your son’s pool has a REALLY big filter.
8:34 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hurray for Gus!
Oh, No! Forgot about the pool filter!
8:38 pm on July 24th, 2011
Why did Gus’ friend let him do all the work? Now that Gus got the pool in the house, his friend will probably make him fill it back up with water, no doubt.
Pawdition video: That initimidating video button on the Snowhook blog wasn’t so scary in the end. I am hoping to update our blog later tonight, yet I posted the pawdition video on the blog for those of you who are interested. Remember, we are no Melanie and the video was thrown together so it is nothing special.
Rio Jr. update: I woke to a downpour early this morning and was not surprised to find the once dry kennel a slip ‘n slide of mud. It appeared that all the dogs heeded the kennel rule: when it rains, stay warm and dry inside your house. All but one. Rowdy had his own version of this rule, but that’s a story for another time.
Not only was his black fur pointed in wet spikes, his face was brown. Odd—a brown face for an all black dog. As I neared our newest addition, I realized the source of his new color. Mud. Ignoring the kennel rule, our dear Rio appeared to have passsed the rainy hours digging in the mud not only with claw and paw, but with his snout. Clumps of mud piled on the top of his head, he jumped up for a love. Why should I stay clean?
8:42 pm on July 24th, 2011
Wow, and now an evil pug is talking about my photos!
I have not read Chet and Bernie before, but thanks to Melanie mentioning my photos I’ve discovered the series and now I most certainly will read them.
Ryan
8:54 pm on July 24th, 2011
Gus!…He’s my kind of guy!…snort!heh!snort!… I just wish I had his jaw strength. There’d be no stopping me!…grunt!
Junior!… In the mud up to his ears!!…heh!…Sounds like he got my last email…snorkel!
8:55 pm on July 24th, 2011
Ryan!…snort!heh!heh!…This guy is definitely a “keeper”…sniff!
8:58 pm on July 24th, 2011
Chuckling!…I think i need to calm down. I ate too much supper and now I’m giddy…sniff!
9:00 pm on July 24th, 2011
Rio: Rio the Giddy Pug does have a ring to it, but it’s not quite you.
Ryan: Don’t be fooled by the ‘evil’ in Rio’s title. He has a pug heart of gold. Just keep that last part on the down low—image, you know.
9:04 pm on July 24th, 2011
Rebecca: Just saw your video and it is really wonderful! Great job! Thanks so much for letting us see it.
9:17 pm on July 24th, 2011
WOO WOO That is a great video Rebecca! You guys are a natural!
Thank You and I am glad it is there on your blog for all to see.
Garcia is a riot and tried to steal the show, but you and AJ held your own with him.
I wish the documentary person would visit Chet’s blog so we could influence him/her.
9:25 pm on July 24th, 2011
SnowBella! Watched the Dogumentary and loved it! It was fun seeing you, AJ and Garcia. Paws crossed for a screening.
9:29 pm on July 24th, 2011
Dawgumentary!…Wonderful video!… Wow!… I think you guys did great! …snort!… How come Garcia was chewing on you the whole time?…heh!
9:31 pm on July 24th, 2011
Ryan: I think you’ll enjoy the Chet and Bernie mysteries.
Good night all.
9:51 pm on July 24th, 2011
Loved seeing the video Rebecca. Alice thinks Garcia needs a chew toy!
Drat those Tigers!

Oh yeah,
Here is the chicken quilt hanging in my stairway at home. Put it up when I was there last week.

Off to watch a movie
Good night everyone
– Bear
10:06 pm on July 24th, 2011
Staff: That is a great blog title. The pictures of the quilts are beautiful.
I’m glad you like the dogumentary video. I was thinking of posting it on our Facebook, but I didn’t know if that would go against the casting call grain. I realized that AJ, even though sitting on a dog house is still taller than me even though I’m standing in the video.
Rio: Garcia is like a toddler. Everything goes into his mouth. I’ve worked with him since he was a pup to not bite; if he gets too excited and starts to bite I remind him, “Gentle,” and he eases up. When I think of Chet, I think of Garcia. He is protective, a clown and has a certain wisdom all his own.
10:10 pm on July 24th, 2011
Staff!… My friend says she loves your blog…grunt!…She wishes she had someone like you who lived closer to her, even though you are loud and bossy…heh!… The Chicken Quilt has found its home…snorkel!
10:19 pm on July 24th, 2011
Staff. I just showed mom the photo from your blog of The Quilt. She thought it was so nice of you to post it and is so glad that you are enjoying it. She thought the hot pads and pillow cases were really neat too. Wookie.
10:43 pm on July 24th, 2011
Goodnight!…For some. For me I will be all alone out in the living room…grunt!…I need a fan dammit!…sniffle!
10:44 pm on July 24th, 2011
It is raining Herbs and Royals. In tonight’s down pour as I did chores, I made the untimely discovery that it is time to replace my yard boots. Stepping in an unavoidable puddle, my boots filled with water from the bottom up.
11:08 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hey, y’all! I’m finally here. Mom and my girl went to a movie, then went to a bookstore — TDWKTM wasn’t there yet 🙁 — and hit a few craft/fabric stores. My girl has a couple of friends who are having babies, so she wants to make them some blankets like the one Mom made for Ruby Jo. My girl got it all wrong, though. Instead of dogs, she chose ducks for her blanket. Wrong “D” word!!!
11:14 pm on July 24th, 2011
Rebecca: That was a great video. Paws crossed that your “pawdition” — I love that word! — gets you the gig! Sorry to hear about the boots. I don’t like wet feet, either! Would my new/old booties fit you? If you want to keep two for yourself and send me the other two that would be fine. I’ve been known to walk on my two front feet with my back feet in the air anyway. (That may sound strange, but sometimes my back legs have minds of their own, and both of them end up up at the same time!)
Dawson: Does Ruby Jo know she’s getting a package? I’d hate to think that her mom and dad would be afraid to open a package from a stranger! I mean, I know who I am, but they might not have heard of me!
11:14 pm on July 24th, 2011
MR DUcks, MR Not Ducks!
Good night all.
11:18 pm on July 24th, 2011
thank you Wookie, and Debbie.
Dear Rio,
I bet you would have fun with the Twisted Sisters and Ice Cream Club. You and staff could eat low salt and the rest could have chips and salsa and we would have someone to whine with.
Luckily Ice cream is low salt. (Although Staff did notice a custom creamery in the City that made an ice cream called Sea Salt)
For some reason that is not popular in Mayville.
Off to bed, see you all tomorrow.
( I wonder where Liz is, I wanted to talk to her about an Australian winning the Tour de France.)
Also I am thinking about Wolfie. I hope things are Ok with his Mom.
11:24 pm on July 24th, 2011
Kirby T: Don’t hold the duck vs. dog fiasco against your girl; somethings you just learn as you grow. Thanks for the offer on the booties, yet the booties are intended for all the paws you see fit to use. I was hoping not to replace my yard boots until fall…oh, well.
Staff: Wolfie and his mother have been in my thoughts, too.
11:24 pm on July 24th, 2011
I’m here! Yes, an Australian won the TDF – hooray!
I was lurking until lunchbreak…
I was working on the Dishlickers cookbook on the weekend and had a good giggle at some of the recipe names, they’re so cute! And they sound delicious, of course.
11:30 pm on July 24th, 2011
Hey, Liz! What’s for lunch? Are you eating vegemite sandwiches? Or shrimp on the barbie?

Kirby, har har!! (Actually, one of the other girls in the office has vegemite toast for morning tea today – from our cafe downstairs. It smelt GREAT. Lots of butter and vego on sourdough…mmmmmmmmm)
I’m with you, on a blankie I’d want dogs, not ducks.

Hey, everyone, Wolfie is here. I am happy to report that all is well. Dad is back home and things have calmed down. It has been a difficult and exhausting week and we thank everyone for their good wishes and prayers.

That’s great news Wolfie, i hope things stay calm for a while. Get some rest, and do something really nice for yourself – you sure deserve it.

Liz: We had hamburgers and french fries for supper here. Mom actually cheated and picked them up from a fast-food restaurant because nobody felt like cooking. Dad slipped me a few fries, although I had to share with those girls. I sure will be glad when they go away again! What is that old saying about fish and visitors — something about them both smelling after three days? Those two have been here forever — as Chet says, a lot more than two days! And I’m pretty sure it’s been more than three!!!
Wolfie: I’m so glad things are quieter on the homefront. We think about y’all a lot around here. Our continued best wishes.
