I wonder if the new Chet and Bernie book will come out before this one?

I just read the description of Ruff vs Fluff on Amazon books. This is going to be fun!

    Good morning all.

    You can’t wait? I can’t wait!!
I’m going to the Amazon site to see if the Look Inside feature is available!!

How are you all doing? I’m feeling snippy about some course ancillaries from Macmillan so will come back when I’m in a better mood. (Hmmm–I wonder if Belle Starr has a quick turnaround method…)

There are only three cures for a very bad mood: 1) get a baby animal of your very own, 2) cover something or someone in glitter, and 3) rub my belly.

I think Diane C. should get a baby animal of her very own, cover him or her with glitter and rub a certain someone’s belly for good measure. All three things combined should chase away even the bluest of blues!

Getting my belly rubbed always makes me feel better. I have no reason to believe that rubbing my belly won’t help Diane feel better.

Remind me to tell you when I have a better internet connection how I could have gotten arrested in Red Square. Fortunately the 8 policemen believed me. No need so far for Wookie’s And Teddy’s dad.
Belle: giving Sadie a belly rub makes me feel better too seeing her happy.

    Hobbitz! What a Beautiful Building.

(can’t wait to hear that story about almost getting arrested) YEEP.

So…I had bought something from a wooden stall in Red Square. When the shopkeeper bagged my purchases, she bagged her smart phone also. I walked around Red Square and the GUM Department store hearing annoying music but thought it belonged to cell phones of people around me. I kept wishing they’d answer their phone. It took me way too long to realize that it was coming from my backpack fortunately I had only bought stuff at that one stall. I raced across the Square as it was almost time to rejoin my group. I answered the phone once to say I was bringing the phone back but they kept calling it and I ignored it as I was in a hurry and everything on the phone was in Russian. I got to the stall, handed her the phone and the police closed in around me. The shopkeeper had reported her phone stolen and they thought I had pickpocketed the phone. Pickpockets are
a problem in big cities. I felt sorry for the shopkeeper because I could tell she was having a bad day. All’s well that ends well.

Later in the day after my Red Square incident I suddenly became lame. Everyone else knew it was a Plantars issue with my foot. I rested for 24 hours, did foot exercises and iced my foot. But I still can’t walk at the tour pace. So I have joined another group tour that walks much less and not as far. They stroll with a guide rather than going 3 miles per hour as I was. Better for fit everyone. A bit sad for me and painful but at least I can still be a tourist in Russia. The group is Danish but the guides speak in English as it is the common language on the ship

If this pain increases or just keeps on I see a good pair of custom orthotics in your future, Hobbitz! You would not regret it, per Mr. ALR.
