Dogonit! I have managed to miss all these events and tonight I have a date with the man-who-messes-up-this-house for Chinese food and the World Series so therefore…
To clarify – the-man-who-lives-in-this-house does not mess it up in order to get Chinese food – he messes it up because he never got trained properly.
Wose: I got the calendar! haven’t even opened it because I am so gob-smacked by the amount of postage you had to pay. I will have to make it up to you.

I visited Mystic Seaport in Connecticut many years ago with my cousin. Loved the tall ships.
I’ve finally got to the point in the book where the Caravaggio dots connect.
Not feeling bad about reading through it faster as I have Andrew Cotter’s Dog Days waiting in the wings. It arrived yesterday. After that I have Jo Perry’s four book series with dead dog Rose. No fears, she is a ghost dog from the start. And there are still some Gary Paulsen to catch up on too.
Nothing to last until August of 2022 but I shall make an effort.
I shall probably miss this as it is 3pm Pacific and I will probably be at the jewelers seeing if my Mom’s old engagement ring setting can be repaired and my birthstone set in it.

World!…Series!…snort!…The Atlanta Braves have just wonnit! I am hoping we can stay up late and see that very fine trophy. It’s a real beauty!…chuffle!…Although, my warm soft bed is calling to me….wheeze!
