Good morning, and no, there is nothing wrong with a little fun!
Results of Barb’s trip to the knee doc yesterday: new knee is in her not too distant future.
8:52 am on October 18th, 2012
Good morning all.
8:53 am on October 18th, 2012
Thinking of G&B and Callie this morning. Such a beautiful prayer last night from the PK.
9:13 am on October 18th, 2012
Nothing like a totem pole of dogs to put you in a good mood.
Morning Barb & MagPie and B.Stover . .
Going to be a beautiful day here. I will be wandering around in beauty and thinking of Gus and BooBear’s Dad and of Al and Callie.
Late start this morning for Patsy and me. She’s waiting for me to get my act together. Hmm, she really snores LOUD while waiting.
9:30 am on October 18th, 2012
Greetings!
Melanie, that was a beautiful prayer last night. A few tears.
My thoughts will be with G&B and Gramp and Callie today. Please let us know any news.
9:44 am on October 18th, 2012
Barb: A friend of mine had knee surgery and she’s very glad she did. It has improved her mobility one hundred percent.
I love Melanie’s comment about the totem pole.
9:50 am on October 18th, 2012
Good morning. Doggie Totem Pole … heh heh. Love it! And we vote for fun too.
Our thoughts are also with G&BB’s family and Gramps and Callie.
9:51 am on October 18th, 2012
Barb – a new knee, how cool! The surgeries available today to replace “worn out” parts are amazing. Mama would like to order new hips, spine and brain.
New friends are great. We recognize the Basenji; is the bubble popping dog a Ridgeback? Or a Vizla? Hmmm
9:59 am on October 18th, 2012
Good guesses T & G. Could be either, but I think we will go with the Ridgeback.
Barb’s new fridge is coming at noon. She was feeling guilty about spending $$ for a new one when the one here works fine, it’s just the wrong color. Then she realized that the last new fridge she had was 23 years ago! She decided to stop the guilt trip and enjoy it!
Is anyone else getting tired of the political commercials?
10:06 am on October 18th, 2012
I think a Ridgeback . . what I do know is his lips are going to be very sticky after that gum pops.
A NEW refrigerator . . sigh . .
10:31 am on October 18th, 2012
I support having fun 100 percent. Dogs just wanna have fun!
50,000 people in Colorado are without power because of a wind storm. This is the part of Colorado where Rio lives. The reports are some people won’t get their power back on until next Wednesday.
Gah, How can Rio watch the baseball games.
Rio, Check in with us if you can.
10:32 am on October 18th, 2012
Gus&Boobear and Gramp and Callie:
All our positive thoughts and prayers are with you this morning.
10:33 am on October 18th, 2012
Doggie Totem Pole! Good one!
Melanie: We are still amazed at the Beautiful Prayer of last night. It has been copied and added to our other Plunderer Treasures.
Thinking of our friends Gus&BooBear and their mom and dad. Also thinking of Callie and Gramp. Sending Healing Thoughts and Love for a swift and complete recovery.
10:39 am on October 18th, 2012
Wind!…The high hurricane-like winds have stopped, but the trees are still down around town…sniff!…This time my trees at both my houses faired very well because someone and someone else spent a freakin’ fortune this year in tree-trimming…grunt!…Plus, the power did not go out. I remember last Oct. when the big snow-storm hit and knocked out our power…wheeze!…Her mother and I almost froze to death waiting for my friend to get home with some firewood and burritos….wuffle!
10:42 am on October 18th, 2012
Rio made it through the wind storm!
We need to spend a freakin’ fortune in tree trimming at our place.

News Flash – Statewide disaster was narrowly averted last night when power was lost to a large portion of Colorado.
Latest reports show that a resident of the northern part of the state did not follow the “Dig Safe” procedures, and was excavating a large pit when an underground power line was compromised.
Local spokesman for the area said that while “no one was hurt, we are sure that the digger got a jolt strong enough to ‘curl his tail’ so to speak”

On my DOG! That is the first news flash that I’ve enjoyed in months!
10:54 am on October 18th, 2012
Did they catch the pug, er I mean perp?
10:56 am on October 18th, 2012
LOL
11:06 am on October 18th, 2012
Riö: Did you ever climb out of that big hole you dug yourself in? And what’s this about a statewide power outage? Hmmm?
B&M: That’s funny!
Boone: For your avatar have you tried Gravatar? Check out this secure site: https://en.gravatar.com/site/signup/
11:20 am on October 18th, 2012
Last I saw of Rio, he was in the hole eating a slim Jim.
11:20 am on October 18th, 2012
That News Flash was scary until we saw that the only damage to the perp was a curl(ier)d tail.
Barb, we also have a good friend who had both of her knees replaced. She is now more mobile than she has been in decades. And the ice cream on the cake is that she lost a lot of weight because of the rehab she was doing. She was really not getting excercise prior to those surgeries.
Good news on the new fridge. Who doesn’t love a new fridge?
We don’t ever see political commercials. We don’t watch much network t.v. and when we do, we watch weeks old stuff on our dvr, and fast forward thru commercials. We would actually like to catch some of those commercials.
11:25 am on October 18th, 2012
Slim Jim! I had my first ever slim jim this morning. Here is the back story:
Mom took me with her to where her office is. It is a super long drive. I slept and suddenly woke up to a familiar smell. What do you know? I was at Kat Kamp! I haven’t been there in a long time…maybe 2 days or more if there is a more than 2. I was so excited. I ran inside to greet all of my old friends, both 2- and 4-legged. Then Anna, my bestest friend (prior to today that is) said I had to leave. Turns out my rabies vaccine expired exactly 7 days ago!!!! Mom never got a notice from our v-e-t, and she said rabies vaccine are usually good for 2 years or more. I reminded her that I was just a little girl when I got mine, so maybe they only gave me a little dose.
Mom was fit to be tied. She had to drive another hour and a half all the way back home, instead of going to her office. But she stopped along the way and guess what she bought for me me me ?
You guessed it: a SLIM JIM !!!!!! I love those things. I want more more more!
11:30 am on October 18th, 2012
Kat: i had a slim Jim for dinner when I got home last night. I’m not proud of it. It had been a long day and I was hungry. Tenzing knew straight away that his stash was less one.
11:44 am on October 18th, 2012
We love fun also!
Btw, it was 103* here yesterday.
GAH!
11:45 am on October 18th, 2012
Kat, what does your mom do at her busy place?
11:48 am on October 18th, 2012
Oley, That soulds really good about the weight loss. Barb has become increasing less active as the leg pain has increased, and thus has packed on some unwanted poundage. Had to live with it till we got back here because of rehab requirements. Just couldn’t see a way to do it out in the country. If surgery is scheduled in January, then everyone has a slower schedule. Doc says 2-3 days in the hospital and then rehab facility for several days, since she lives alone. I guess the doc didn’t realize how much help I would be. Just call me therapy dawg!
11:51 am on October 18th, 2012
Wolfie: Rubbing my eyes. Did you just say 103?
11:54 am on October 18th, 2012
Spencer: I love the dog totem pole and seeing new FOC right on the front page. Thanks for starting our day on the bright side.
The sun is shining strong this morning with only a touch of frost on the ground. It is a day for being outside.
Kat: Congratulations for joining the Slim Jim crowd.
I’ll try to catch the news reel at 11. Snorkle.
Thoughts going out for those with surgeries today.
11:55 am on October 18th, 2012
Kat, we have to keep everything on the calendar. Dog shots, vaccines, and such.
It doesn’t help much but it makes us feel better.
I hope another Slim Jim is in the future for you. Oh, wait . . future . . dog . . got it!
I hope another Slim Mim is in the next now for you.
11:56 am on October 18th, 2012
GLAD’s sister has now been in labor for 40 hours! They are hoping for an appearance of the new niece today. Mia Grace.

B: A cupcake just for you!

12:25 pm on October 18th, 2012
Good wishes going out to those having repairs today.
Happy B.Day to B.Stover
Doing laundry today.
12:30 pm on October 18th, 2012
Happy Birthday, Bee!
We are so glad Kat had to come home and help us eradicate the fuzzbutt population. But we are jealous about that slim jim.
The v-e-t said that Kat’s puppy record from the shelter was not entered into the system because someone messed up. She was due next month for distemper anyways, so she is going for both this afternoon. Ha Ha serves her right! Little pipsqueak.
We aren’t sure what Mom does at that place, Wolfie. But from what we see when she works at home, she just sits in front of a computer all day, typing gobbly gook. She mumbles something about unix and linux whatever those are.
12:34 pm on October 18th, 2012
Here is what we do at our Busy Place, just in case any of youse is interested.

12:37 pm on October 18th, 2012
Story Update – officials are questioning two possible suspects in last night’s power disruption. Anonymous tipsters lead police to the subjects , both of whom had tightly curled tails. Each pointed to the other as the perpetrator.
Suspect #1 pointed out that the other suspect was obviously the digger as not only was his tail curled, but he was also scorched black.
Suspect #2 glared at the other and was heard to say “as you sow, so shall you yeep”.
However a friend of the suspects stepped forward with an alibi for both suspects. “They were eating Slim Jims with me”, she declared. Both suspects did indeed have sausage breath and other scented body expulsions, and so have been released at this time.
The local sheriff said it was just as well. “We don’t have any orange jumpsuits in extra, extra short”.
More on this story as it comes in.
12:48 pm on October 18th, 2012
Thank you guys. The cupcake is wonderful Masquers. And Cahors is on the menu.
The news flash from the Denver Post News has me cracking up here.
12:50 pm on October 18th, 2012
Howlers: Looks like one of youse is sleeping on the job. Heh.
Regarding the latest news update…all’s well that ends well?
12:54 pm on October 18th, 2012
I’m cracking up also.
Man, I’m glad I didn’t drive up to Rio’s place last night.
1:00 pm on October 18th, 2012
Melanie: A Beautiful name for the baby. Is this her first?
Siber-H: You can thank your mom for her Good advice. Those orange jump suits might well come in your size.

Happiest of birthdays to you, Professor Stover!!! 🙂
1:18 pm on October 18th, 2012
I am packing my stuff in Mom’s briefcase, Wose. I watched that video, and now I see that is hair on your head. I always thought it was a 6th smoocher burrowing in up there. Does the Prof know about that other dude?
1:35 pm on October 18th, 2012
Happy Birthday to our favorite grammarian and Cahors connoisseur.
Glad to know that the Denver Post is focusing on really important news rather than covering more boring stuff like the election. I’ll even dip into my treat budget for bail money if necessary.
Thoughts and prayers to G&BB’s dad and Callie today.
Wookie
1:46 pm on October 18th, 2012
That’s what those nasty bolts always do to my hair. The Prof doesn’t know about the other dude…I’m afraid to tell him.
1:59 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rose: lol. Never fear the five of us will be with you on the 24th.
Sammy: Pack your little knapsack and prepare for your first mission with the Smoochers.
2:11 pm on October 18th, 2012
In Mary Shelley’s novel, Frankenstein was the creator of The Monster who is nameless. Just saying….
2:16 pm on October 18th, 2012
However, now Rose’s hair comment has me cracking up.
2:26 pm on October 18th, 2012
B: Elsa Lanchester was quite young in that movie…1935 I believe.
2:36 pm on October 18th, 2012
Masquers, you would be correct on the date of the film. The original Frankenstein with Boris Karloff always scares me to this day.
2:46 pm on October 18th, 2012
Happy Birthday, B!
Still in surgery.
2:48 pm on October 18th, 2012
1935 years old? Who wouldn’t look scary?
Felix Natalis, Prof. Bee!
Anxious to hear results from the surgeries today.

2:57 pm on October 18th, 2012
Good one Wose!
Howlers, that looks like hard work, but someone has to do it!
Youse guys mentioned totem poles earlier. Years ago Barb had a boss who would get words mixed up. He would stand up in a meeting and say “We don’t want to be on the bottom of the tadpole”. Hard not to laugh!
3:02 pm on October 18th, 2012
That photo of us hard-working fuzzbutt stalkers does not come out sideways on our iPaw…but it does on our p.c.
G&BB, here are husky kisses for you: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
3:04 pm on October 18th, 2012
Masquers, I hope Sammie is not “shocked” seeing what it is like when I get the lightning bolts. She may reconsider becoming part of the Smoochers.
3:29 pm on October 18th, 2012
Well . . . Happy Birthday B.Stover. Our own professor.
That’s about as good as it’s going to get. Zoë started getting sick around 9. I started getting sick around 1.
The flu . . sigh . . bummer . . . I wish I could make the font smaller and smaller. That would be cool. sigh.
I’ll check in at times to see if there is any news.
3:55 pm on October 18th, 2012
I’ve tried posting a message three times and nothing. Test…
4:18 pm on October 18th, 2012
Greetings all – we have news and requests. Its time for
“Plunderers To The Rescue!”
First off, we are keeping all good thoughts for G&BB’s Dad.
Second – Callie is fine. Her surgery had to be postponed for the moment. It is an emergency hospital, and a woman came in with a Pomeranian whose lips and tongue were turning blue. The surgeon knew the dog and the situation, and asked if we would consider giving up our surgical spot. Absolutely! The little dog probably wouldn’t have made it much longer.
And Callie as just as happy to see the outside of the v-e-t door. (whispering – She will be going back on Tuesday)
And the request – Melanie just called. GLAD’s sister is being taken in for an emergency c-section. She has been in labor for 40 hours with no progress. So, take a moment and think positive thoughts for mother and child please.
And the next request – we are telling you this because both Melanie and Zoe have been taken down with the flu. Melanie wants you all to know that she will not be on the computer as she is too sick to get up. So, prayers for the two of them too.
And the last request – Sage has been really naughty today. He escaped out the back door and over the fence into the neighbor’s jungle. It took Mama and Gramp 20 minutes to get thru the tangle and rescue him. Then he came back in the house and splorted all over the place. So pray that either he starts being a good Wrotten Kat – or that Mama has the patience of a saint and doesn’t wrap his furry little tail around his furry little neck.
4:20 pm on October 18th, 2012
Oh – and we forgot to say – HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEE!!!!
5:21 pm on October 18th, 2012
Sage, Nice Try
I do not want Melanie and Zoe to have the flu.
T&G, Tell them to take good care of themselves and get well.
Prayers for them and GLAD’s sister.
Gus&BooBear, Special prayers also for you and your dad.
5:22 pm on October 18th, 2012
Mia Grace has arrived. All are well.
5:26 pm on October 18th, 2012
Thank dog! Happy news!
Happy Happy Corgi Dance!!!
5:27 pm on October 18th, 2012
Thank you for the updates, T&G. I was worried about Melanie and Zoe getting sick. That happens often when someone is under stress for a long time. For some reason, they don’t get sick while they are stressed; it is at the end of the stress time that their worn out systems succomb to sickness. They both need lots and lots of rest. It has been a very difficult time for them both. We will give them lots and lots of virtual hugs and kisses (thats one of our computer geek mom’s terms).
Sage….next time we know you will find freedom! Keep up the good work. Every cat has a little husky inside.
Too bad about Callie. We were hoping he would be all finished up with the v-e-t stuff by now.
5:27 pm on October 18th, 2012
Great news, Melanie! Now off to bed with you.
5:29 pm on October 18th, 2012
My day has gone to he double-hockey-sticks in a handbasket. I was off to my happy Kat Kamp this morning. Then it ends up with me getting 2 ouchy shots from a mean old v-e-t. OUCH. And no ice cream afterwards. Why don’t I rate like spoiled Dima does?
5:34 pm on October 18th, 2012
Welcome to the world, Mia Grace. What a darling name. Bet your mama is tuckered out.
5:35 pm on October 18th, 2012
MagPie – I worked with someone who mixed up her words also. One time she told me her family liked to conjugate around the kitchen table. I could picture that – I am, you are …
5:44 pm on October 18th, 2012
Not great news. Tumor turned out to be aggressive cancer. Dr is hoping he got it all but won’t know until we get pathology reports in a couple of days. We guess the seizure was a blessing in that they found it early. Please keep the prayers coming.
5:48 pm on October 18th, 2012
G&B, Will there have to be chemo and/or radiation? Hopefully they got all of it. Strong prayers coming to you.
6:07 pm on October 18th, 2012
Prayers coming at you G&BB. The Quilt is being deployed.
6:09 pm on October 18th, 2012
Gus&BooBear, We will keep the prayers coming every day.
6:11 pm on October 18th, 2012
Gus and BooBear: Aggressive cancer is not good news but prayers will be increased for the doctor having got all that nasty cancer out. That seizure does seem like a blessing now as it alerted you to the problem.
The Denver Post updates are hilarious.
B.Stover: May your birthday be filled with cupcakes, congratulations and Cahors. Happy Birthday to you.
6:24 pm on October 18th, 2012
Molly’s Mom, LOL. Maybe she meant conversate. That is what Barb’s DIL always says.
6:29 pm on October 18th, 2012
I bet that is the DIL with the suspended chicken? That was so funny.
6:35 pm on October 18th, 2012
G&BB – dad’s cancer was also aggressive and he’s okay now. Daily prayer will be covering you and yours.
When AJ and the team started the race, Mom lit an electric candle and kept it lit until everyone was back home in Willow. When Raven started his journey, she lit the candle again and it’s still burning for all the Plunderers. It’s now a forever candle.
Bee – the best of birthday wishes to you. You and Mia Grace share the day 🙂
6:45 pm on October 18th, 2012
Callie: What a good girl to give up your spot at the v e t for the sick dawgy.
Gus&BooBear: Strong Prayers that the surgery was completely successful. Who knew the seizure would turn out to be a warning and a blessing in disguise. Please take care of your mom. She must be exhausted with all the stress and worry.
Mia Grace: Welcome, welcome little one. Congratulations to the proud parents and to GLAD, the new auntie.
Melanie and Zoe: Now you can get some rest!
6:51 pm on October 18th, 2012
Siber, You are right about that. She conversates while her stewing chicken is suspended over the water for 4 hours! She has gotten much better and now can do a mean roasted chicken that is quite delish!
6:55 pm on October 18th, 2012
Happy birth day Mia Grace.
Best thoughts for your dad Gus and BooBear.
6:55 pm on October 18th, 2012
G&BB, sending very strong prayers out for your dad, and loving hugs to both youse guys and for your mom. Please keep us updated.
7:01 pm on October 18th, 2012
Welcome Mia Grace!
Melanie and Zoe, tucks yourselves tight under the quilt. Hope you will both be feeling tip-top soon!
7:03 pm on October 18th, 2012
Sage: What a daring adventure you had. Your mama didn’t seem too pleased about it though.
B&M and MollysMom: Speaking of people that use words in the wrong context. Mom is reminded of a gal she worked with who was explaining to everyone about her upcoming medical procedure. But instead of describing it as a biopsy she said autopsy instead. Needless to say the resulting laughter was not appreciated.
7:06 pm on October 18th, 2012
Sage, I hope you are feeling better after your great escape!
7:10 pm on October 18th, 2012
Speaking of Smoochers, I haven’t heard from my VBFF lately.
7:14 pm on October 18th, 2012
Gus&Boo, we’re right here for you. Take care of your Mom.
Masquers, I’ll be ready and wearing my new therapy dog vest. I can comfort Rose with cuddles.
7:15 pm on October 18th, 2012
G&BB, not the news we were hoping for, but we are praying harder than ever that the doc got it all. Cuddle your mom, and get tucked inside the quilt.
It is very cool that Mia Grace shares a birthday with the esteemed Professotpr Bee.
7:19 pm on October 18th, 2012
Just because
7:30 pm on October 18th, 2012
Macy – you do find the best pictures! Thanks for the laugh.
Gus and BooBear – deep breaths. They found the cancer early and small. Its gonna be ok. Lots of prayers, and lots of support coming your way.
MollyPop’s Mom – maybe that family that conjugated around the table had a last name that starts with an “S” and rhymes with “clover”.
Hey gang? Please DO NOT tell Sage he is a good boy! He is a Wrotten Kat, and deserves to be eaten by one of the many coyotes that live in the backyard, but for some reason Mama is fond of him and prefers him with his fur side out.
7:30 pm on October 18th, 2012
Sammie: As a therapy dog you can go where the rest of us cannot. This may come in very handy on future missions.
Dear Min-Pin. You always manage to make us smile.

7:40 pm on October 18th, 2012
Siber-H: Today is the darkest day of my life. sob.
7:55 pm on October 18th, 2012

9:39 pm on October 18th, 2012
Torn!…I will be torn if it is The Giants vs The Tigers in the World Series…sniff!…I want our league to win, but I love the fact that the Tigers swept the Yankees…heh!heh!heh!heh!heh!heh!….sniff!chuffle!…okay, I’m good now, under control…hee!chorkle!…So I will have to see how this Giants series goes. Hey! We forgot to say…Happy Birthday to Linda the Lurker…too!
9:43 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rainy, stormy night so we are going to say good night. All good thoughts for those who are under the quilt, especially G&B’s dad.
9:44 pm on October 18th, 2012
Bear!…How the hell do you know everyone’s birthday?…snort!…Even the Lurkers Birthdays for petes sake…huffle!
9:47 pm on October 18th, 2012
Linda is a very important Lurker, Rio. I can still taste those yummy pretzels she offered in the Spring Boutique.
9:50 pm on October 18th, 2012
Happy birthday to Professor B, our Lurker Linda, and Mia Grace!
Wose: I have it on good authority that two of the Smoochers are raring and ready to go for the 24th.
I’d rather be at the bottom of a totem pole than a tadpole, but to each their own.
You have no idea the amount of explaining it took to get the investigators to ease up on the accused, myself among the latter. I don’t think they bought the whole story, but in the end I don’t think they have anything that will stick. Yet. I gave them the same look of innocence I have been known to give AJ on the occasion that I may or may not have brought home a stray dog, and I may have name dropped such names as Wookie and Wookie’s dad. They did advise me not to leave town in case they want to bring us in for further questioning.
G&BB: Thank you for keeping us posted on your pop. Hope, faith and prayers that everything was caught in time. Stay close to your mom. I can’t imagine how she is holding together.
My money is on Sage to be better behave than for Golinka to be blessed with the patience of Job. Patience is one thing. Patience after the fright of a wayward four-legged followed by a honey-I’m-home splort is something entirely different.
B&M: Coach had both of his knees replaced a couple of years ago. He too lost weight after the surgery, partly because of the physical therapy and partly because he was able to be more active. The recovery is about a full year, but he is able to bend his knees now. He and Bev used to walk all the time. Now, my guess is they walk 4-6 miles a day, and I’m not talking a Sunday stroll—bend your arms, tuck your elbows speed walking.

Linda!….A very special card for you too!…snort!…We sure wish you would post on the blog one day soon…heh!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINDA!!!
And goodnight all
10:18 pm on October 18th, 2012
Almost!…Because if you would not have pulled my tail, which I hate by the way (just ask Stover the birthday girl)…grunt!..If you would not have pulled my tail I would never have been associated with the whole power outage thingy…sniff!…They got the wrong guys anyways. I was not electrocuted last night, were you?…snort!
10:19 pm on October 18th, 2012
Bunnies!…I know for a factoid that Linda the Lurker loves Bunnies!…heh!heh!…Good choice Bear!…wheeze!
10:29 pm on October 18th, 2012
SiberH!…How are you feeling about this game so far?…grunt!…I couldn’t bear it if the Red Birds winnit….wheeze!…Lots of innings to get though, no need in getting all desperate yet…wuffle!cough!
10:31 pm on October 18th, 2012
SnowBella: You were wise to drop Wookie’s name. That’s why they backed right off!
Yankees! Gone! (I don’t know how I missed the game.) There was never a doubt in my mind! Heh, heh, heh.
10:34 pm on October 18th, 2012
Dawson!…Heh!heh!heh!…I can’t stop chuckling….heh!heh!heh!…Yankees GONE!…snort!…If nothing else goes right this year, I will remember this. Yankees Out! Gone. Nadda!…heh!heh!heh!
10:36 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rio: All you needed to say was that you liked my question. Don’t forget you still got a slim Jim out of the deal. For the record, I wasnt pulling your tail, I was merely holding it.
Dawson: I told the investigators that they did not want to see how well the pink shirt goes with Wookie’s legal briefs. A lethal combination to any case, especially one that is shaky at best.
10:40 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rebecca!…A minor legal point – Holding vs Pulling…sniff!…I could hire Wookie and his Paw too you know…sniff!…I was leaving and you were holding my tail which amounts to Pulling in any language, even Legalize in my book of Law and Order…grunt!
10:46 pm on October 18th, 2012
Wait!
I wasn’t done yet.
Happy Birthday to Linda the Lurker! Love those pretzels.
Happy Birthday to Mio Grace!
Wose: I am very grateful to the Smoochers for keeping your hair from exploding into a fireball. That film is almost how I had the post lightning bolts pictured.
What is the matter with the Giants!? Bah!
10:47 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rio: My intent was not to hurt or harm, but there is a difference between impact and intent. You, my pug friend, mean more to me than you saying you like my question. Wheeze.
10:47 pm on October 18th, 2012
Birds!…grrrr!…It is 7 ta 1 the Dirty Birds are ahead…sniff!…This is starting to get worrisome…sniff!
10:53 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rebecca!…I forgive you for pulling or holding(as the case may be) my tail…snuffle!…Just remember your actions have consequenses…grunt!…Your tail was not splattered across the Denver Post today, nope. Beau had to take the fall for the tail…wuffle!…How do you think he is feeling about all this, Rebecca?…hmmmm!…cough!
10:53 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rio, I am a little slow to reply, but I think the Giants have lost this game. I was actually suprised the Giants made it this far this year.
I have a double reason for not liking the Dirty Birds….last year’s World Series. That is a baseball nightmare Macy and I will never get over.
10:59 pm on October 18th, 2012
Timmy lost 30 pounds this past winter. Maybe that is one of the reasons he couldn’t pitch this season. He didn’t have 30 pounds on that skinny body to lose.
11:00 pm on October 18th, 2012
Baseball!…There is still HOPE! Hope that the dirty birds will NOT be a contender!…wheeze!
11:02 pm on October 18th, 2012
Wonder if Mollie, ABP is taking pictures of the Giants this year. She posted some great pictures at the last World Series.
11:03 pm on October 18th, 2012
Seriously!…I was looking at him tonight thinking, that boy is slim-boned…snort!…I don’t think the weight loss was called for really…grunt!…We here hate to see him struggle. He is one of the Greats. We hope anyways…sniff!
11:08 pm on October 18th, 2012
We have lost hope for this game and are turning in.
Night All
11:13 pm on October 18th, 2012
Minutes!…I’m told I have like 20 minutes and then we are going to go up to our beds …grump!…That damned busy-place is too busy and my friend needs more sleep than she doesn’t seem to get each night to deal or not deal with it all…grump!
11:14 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rio: I’m not sure what happened last night. At one point, everything started to happen so fast it’s hard to remember it all. But I think I’ve pieced it together. Your friend calle yor go-phone and said it was time to go to bed and just as you got off the phone, horrible sounds started growling, gurgling and woofing. Was it a bear or goat? At this point, I think we both tried to get out of the hole as fast as possible. I think this is when the tail incident occurred. Through the scratching, pushing, shoving and panicking things were done that I realized now may have hurt you. I didn’t know it then, not when my long legs found my way out of the hole. Out of the hole, I realized the scary noises were from Beau who had one to many slim Jim’s. Such I the nature of those meaty sticks. I thought since I was out, I would go grab us some hot wings and beer to eat while we waited for SiberH. I returned to yellow tape and red and blue flashing lights. I tried to explain. They wouldn’t hear it. They took te hot wings and ranch and blue cheese dressing — I can never remember which you prefer—and that was it. I felt and feel awful. And, when the press showed up it just got worse. Sigh.
11:21 pm on October 18th, 2012
Reporters!…Damned Paparazzi!…sniff!…Well Rebecca, alls well that ends with 500,000 households out of power and not one of them are Mine!….Woooooo!
11:22 pm on October 18th, 2012
Timmy! He needs some meat on his bones.
See y’all in the morning.
11:30 pm on October 18th, 2012
Wings!…Growl!….They even took my hot-wings…grrrr!…I am writing a letter to the press about those guys…sniff!
Goodnight!….My strong pug prayers are with Puss N’ Boot’s Maw and Paw tonight…sniff!…Hang in there Karen, we all love you and are praying for youse guys.
11:33 pm on October 18th, 2012
Rio: I think Beau took the fall because of a simple reason. I’m not sure how it happened—it was like that when I came back—but he had a slim Jim caught in the curl of his tail. I tried to help him but they wouldn’t let me. It was then that the press arrived. I did my best to take the heat so your pug shot wouldn’t be splashed all over the morning paper thus comprising your identity for future missions.
Heading home. Youse all will be in bed by the time I get there. Night.
11:33 pm on October 18th, 2012
Glad y’all liked the “bear”.
Siber, true dat re: last year’s series
