Good morning Masquers and everyone. Dawson, when we say dog proofing, we mean getting breakables out of the way of a strong Newfie tail…it can dust or clean.

This is the second day in a row that I’ve had service men here. Yesterday it was the internet company and today the water meter is being replaced. Bah!!

    Dawson: That is cold!

Wonder how the new Chet and Bernie novel is coming. I think we need to have the first sentence posted here.

    Good afternoon all.

    Finally Friday! YAY!

    Dawson: Brrrrrrrr!

HOH: I, too, can use a Newfie tail!

Did I say how much I love the “Santa 365” cover? Well, I do! :^)

    Good day to all!

That cover always reminds me of this photo of our porch at 4425 in Minneapolis. sniff.

I think it is going to be a good year for luminaries here. Maybe I should dig that stuff out of my lovely new garage….LOL

Did you know that a cat was rocketed into space?

Some of you may not want to read it.

    Cold!
Do you remember some of the temperatures CHobbitz used to post from the North Pole? Now those were cold temperatures! Today I have woolen tights, pants, and snow pants on the bottom half. The upper half is also 3 layers.

Brrrr!! We are supposed to have a cool front come through Saturday and the cold air hits the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Mind you, cold is relative. Most of you would not think of it as “cold,” but the kids (20s and 30s) will be getting out the fire pit.

Dawson: those days are mostly behind me. Anchorage rarely can get -25 or -30 but no -40 or -50 or -60 or -65. I don’t know how I did it for 30 years. I must say the wind is what makes a big difference in chilliest. I actually had to buy some fingerless warm mitts in Columbus yesterday. I did an incredible tour of the Miller House and another 2-hour tour of the world class architecture of this small mid-west town.
I am still exploring and enjoying Indiana and have shipped two large flat rate boxes home. A lot of gift shopping (and today I bought something wonderful for myself).
Oodles of noodles. Was it ML who started food sign offs?

I also have these molds. I break them often. Darn it all.

So don’t let them freeze solid.

Rio, Mr.Fireslippers and I are talking about going to a local BBQ place that is having a free will offering Buffet and all the money goes to charity. We get our meal and get to feel good about it too.
At least that is what I have been thinking about.
