    What a wonderful gesture.

Rio: I always love your “grumbling”! And that’s an interesting name for a group of pugs.

    Good morning all.

    Good day to everyone!
We think that the donation to the shelter in Kansas City is a wonderful thing. It’s a shame more people can’t or won’t do something like that.
We have daffodils up all over the yard but think it’s just a little early yet.Thunder boomers are doing this afternoon and tomorrow we are going to take good care of mom and sit on her and guard her!

It is a nice gesture. Truthfully it probably cost him very little especially given his salary and his Super Bowl bonus. But perhaps it will inspire others in communities to do something similar. I occasionally sponsor a cat up for adoption (usually at half the cost). I want owners to have some buy in to a pet especially since free animals can be used for dog fighting training, etc.

Shorn like a sheep plus given 2 vaccines and told to lose weight. No wonder I was growling at the vets. I now live in the bathroom with the heated floor. Attendant did buy me a medium-sized fleece dog coat but she couldn’t stuff me into it. She is practically parcelling out food one kibble at a time. The upside is that she is giving me lots of love– and she is getting much better at getting up from the bathroom floor when she visits. A win/win for both of us. I also saw her go away and come back with my favorite toy from the pet store.

Mr. Biggers! Why are you confined to the bathroom?

Boo bear, the big one is not confined to the bathroom but without his hair he likes the floor because it is heated! We got very used to stepping over him in our visits up there.

Boo Bear: the door is open. His food, litter and a nightlight is inside. Plus comfy bed on a heated 100 degree floor. This is how he wants heaven to be or he is not going.

We were expecting heaven to look a bit different, not much, just a tad. We thought it would be heavier on alibis and lighter on the Bible study.
