Star Worries
Last night was nice and warm. We sat in the back yard, under the stars. Bernie had a glass of bourbon and I had a chew strip. Have I mentioned Rover and Co.? Then he had another glass and said, “They just found out the Milky Way is a lot bigger than they thought. Meaning it has at least 125 billion stars, and that’s just one galaxy. Know how many there are?” This was an excellent chew strip, thick, bacon flavored. “At least 100 billion. See what this means? For us, down here.” Sure I did. Us down here were having a nice relaxing time in the back yard, except Bernie wasn’t really relaxing. I put my paw on his knee.
