Song For Chet (More)

Without getting into spoiler territory, Song For Chet is sung in a scene in HEART OF BARKNESS. (Of course in the book there are just the lyrics.) Then, through a series of incidents I may get into on the tour, it became a real song with real music, musicians, singer, some of whom are quite well known.

You’re the kind that runs around,

Can’t stop to think till the ship has sailed,

Till the milk is spilled, till the safe is blown …

What a tease OFA is! Counting the days until “Heart of Barkness” arrives!

    Good day to all!

It seems to me that Chet thinks all the time, contrary to what these lyrics seem to say.

    Good morning all.
