Song For Chet: More

Yesterday we mentioned the song from HEART OF BARKNESS (the next C&B, coming July 2). Much more to come on the song, but the full title is If They Were All Like You: Song For Chet. And it’s kind of country.

Good morning everyone. Kind of country? Tantalizing, woo, woo.
    Have a great day.

Can’t wait to hear Chet’s song! I wonder if the book will include a CD with the song…

Last night, Grizz and I went to a Beatles lecture/listening party hosted by Beatle expert extraordinaire, Scott Freiman. We have been to many of his Beatles presentations. They are a lot of fun. The topic was outtakes from The Beatles “White Album”, which celebrated it’s 50th anniversary this past November. (Yeep!) Grizz also turned 62 years young yesterday!!

Waiting on a lot of snow and ice over the weekend.

    Create a good day!

Wose: I hope Grizz feels far younger than his age…no need for him to slow down yet!

Current foster kitty population: 7. After this weekend it should be 3. Yeep.

Hobbitz: Once you have more room with the foster kittens being adopted, let’s get baby musk oxen. We can keep them at your place. You will hardly notice that they are there.

Belle Starr: I would have to check and see if musk ox are allowed within the city limits. I am thinking they aren’t. I have neighbors who monitor my cat and dog situation so I know they would turn me in to the authorities. I would then need a lawyer and our on-blog lawyer is kept busy with the shenanigans of The Thieves. I guess I’ll just put my foot down and tell you NO (politely and sorrowfully of course).

Hobbitz: If your neighbors are counting your dog to kat ratio, then we can sneak musk oxen in easily. That’s the beauty of the plan.

Grizz thanks youse for the good wishes!

Hobbitz: Grizz just said to me he can’t slow down!

Ole Doc: Sometimes, Grizz reminds me of you. On weekend afternoons, he sometimes likes to rest his eyes while on the couch. :^)

Belle Starr: I am laughing at your plan to get baby musk oxen. :^)

Belle Star, I am thinking a baby musk oxen sounds cute. I wonder if they grow up to be bigger than grown Yellowstone bison. I can tell you they call bison babies Red Dogs, so maybe these baby musk oxen could have a doggie nick name and all would be well in your neighborhood…..for a while!
