Snow!
Somehow Bernie and I ended up in a place where there’s snow today. Don’t ask me how. But snow! And so much! Bernie shovels and I deshovel. We’re having the time of our lives!
From Admin: Audio CD of Thereby Hangs A Tail will be released Jan. 5. At Amazon, I believe they will have an audio download edition, as they did for Dog On It. Did they also have the CD? Will check.

Hey Chet good job on the snow. You might try to make some yellow snow too. It is really pretty. I live in North Dakota and am enjoying watching it snow in other places. We only got an inch here so it isn't near as much 'fun'.

I'm figuring out "deshoveling." That would be fun to watch.
I ordered the audio cd from Amazon but I don't think it comes out until later in January. Thanks.
Finished THAT. Superb! Thinking about when in two days would have been, but I'll say no more.

Chet, so glad you got some snow. We had about 19 inches here in Chevy Chase and I gotta tell you, that is a lot of snow. Luckily, with my double fur coat (being mostly golden retriever with a little chow thrown in) and my muscular frame (I'm about your size), running through it is no problem at all and a lot of fun, especially that deshoveling part. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun in the snow too! You are the best. Your friend and comrade in snow, Wookie.

You poor sod, having to shovel all that snow 🙂 We live in New Zealand so we'll only be shovelling sand at the beach this Christmas. Anyway, keep up the great blog.

chet, we're jealous that you got snow. stipe and i now live in south Florida but we're from up north so we miss the snow. Out human doesn't seem to agree. chet, can you speed up the book? our human preordered but until it comes we have to endure her dancing around the house with things stuck in her ears and singing (though we use THAT term loosely). It's more than our sensitive ears can bear. Eventually she falls over something and swears a lot. Last time it was one of our toys (what, like it's our fault she doesn't look where she's going?). chet, please, either snow or the book but send something so our ears stop hurting.

Hope you enjoyed the snow Chet! I love it, I don't know how I could stand it when I lived down in GA, hardly any snow at all! The only problem is I'm a lot smaller than Wookie up there (beagle mix), and it's kinda hard to get around, especially if it's the soft powdery kind. Also, it's harder to pee when you're legs are sinking…..but I love a good challenge! We got about 8 inches a few days ago, here's me playing with my girlfriend Sweetie and some neighborhood kids.
