Coming November 24. It’s an e-short story (like A CAT WAS INVOLVED, THE IGGY CHRONICLES, and TAIL OF VENGEANCE. Meaning 99 cents!)

Good morning, everyone! Santa 365? Okay, that sounds interesting so now we wait with our baity breath, again 🙁 We hate the wait. ML so good to hear from you and the gals last night. Wose, pawrayers for the Grizz that he soom feels like his old self (get the under a quilt).
Going to be a wet Wednesday here. Have a wildly wonderful one to all.

ML, does your kamp have a swimming pool and a sliding board like my Kat Kamp that Bella has taken over?

Momma is working here today, so I am hoping she lets me post more. Although, we lost power a little while ago. Let’s hop it is back to stay.

    And good morning to all.

I LOVE the cover of the new e-story!!! Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have not yet purchased SAS. There a couple of more books that are not yet in my hand or on my nook. sniff.

I am laughing out loud at T&G’s and the Thieves! version of a vacation.

Kat, I hope your power is restored and stays on. I also know what it is like to be the last child until another person comes home from a faraway place with mom and dad. I was the baby of the family for 6 years, until my brother came. Rumor has it that I was very jealous, and resorted back to acting like a baby. I do not remember that, no I do not. Now my little brother is 50, and is a good egg. I think I’ll keep him. :^)

BTW, how is my pal T.C. I hope that T.C. and Zeusikov are close to a peace agreement.

ML, It is always nice to hear from you.

    Missing SiberMom….

HOH, Grizz is making slow, but steady improvement.

And, my beloved Yankees are still holding on to first place by 1 game…

I’m wondering what the 365 refers to.

    Good morning all.

Santa 365! that’s Like Christmas All Year long. Right? or does it mean Santa Has to Work 365 Days a Year?
Don’t Know, but Can’t Wait for the this Newest eStory!

365! I certainly hope poor Santa Paws does not have to work 365 days! But Christmas all year works for me. More goodies!!!

Kat, you are one lucky dog to have a Kat Kamp. No such luck here 🙁 We do have a Doggie Paddle on the last day the big pools are open at the park. Dogs only, and there is a squirt park to play in besides the 3 pools. Lots of fun, amigo!

HOH, Momma does not take me to Kat Kamp any more. But suddenly, Bella gets to go. She only went one time, but I hear that she loved it so much, she is going again! Well good, I say! That’s one less day I have to keep her company while she sits and whines in her crate.

Bear, I agree with your take on Santa 365!

Kat, I am sorry to hear that your momma does not take you to Kat Kamp anymore. That is no fair!

    Greetings all.
We love the cover of the estory – so glad OFA was able to convince the PTB that Chet has one white ear!

Kat – we feel your pain. After all, we live with two hair-ball splorting, claw-sharpening, Corgi stalking, stinkin’ Wrotten herbs! Why oh why don’t our Mamas just get rid of those interlopers and devote their entire lives to US, US, US?!

And as our social commentary of the day, we would like to state our opinion that a phone company whose name rhymes with “horizon” is despicable, incompetent and incapable of adding 2 plus 2. How is it possible to take a $149.00 price, subtract $70.00, then subtract $40, and come up with a final price of $119.00. You tell us.

There is a common mullein plant in a field near me that is at least eight feet tall. (They are usually about three feet tall.) Yesterday I saw a Downy Woodpecker on the stalk eating the seeds. The Downy is described as an “acrobatic forager” on the Cornell Lab bird site and it really is!

Tupper and Gilly are making me laugh.

Rio: I watched “The Missing” and liked it very much…except for the end. According to The Guardian, a second series is in the works–new case and different actors. Here’s a link to The Guardian article:

Wose, I think it may have been my Mama Meash who told Momma to stop sending me to Kamp. She wanted me by her side fulltime, so she could train/bully/play with me.

My Dear Kat: Do you Not remember when you yourself were in That Crate? And complaining to everyone who would listen that you were Not a Baby? Poor Bella doesn’t like it either and Kat Kamp is making her feel better.

Hounds: Doggy Pools! Sounds Like Fun!!

Royals: Wonder if Wolfie of the Wild West saw Your Mama’s Wiggle-Butt Picture of Last night?

    BooBear: A Printed copy. Yes!

Kat, I think you and I are so misunderstood…

Good Morning All–I love the title, and love the cover.
Wose–I hope his tract is doing better.
HOH, Tupper’s Mama, and BSD–Glad you liked the little film.
T and G–You would have gotten on well with the Husband–his definition of camping was a hotel with black and white TV. Husband

AND…it’s World Humanitarian Day AND Orangutan Day. I’m guessing we observe by dyeing our hair red(dish) and being even more humane than usual.
(Or perhaps sharing a strengthening cocktail with someone who might not have thought to have one without our help.)

  20. Masquers
    11:56 am on August 19th, 2015

T&G and Rose: Oh, no! and here we were considering that very same phone company for our next carrier!

DianeC: Lol. “a hotel room with a black and white TV”.

  21. Diane C.
    12:02 pm on August 19th, 2015

Wose–That earlier slightly cryptic post referred to Prof. Grizz. Perhaps the performance of that baseball team is helping?

  22. Masquers
    12:09 pm on August 19th, 2015

Yes, Rose, Hope those Damn Yankees, the Smoochers and the Quilt are assisting the Prof in feeling on the way back to tip-top.

Another heavenly day here on the Island. Love the warm temps that begin early in the am and last late into the night.

  23. Tupper and Gilly
    12:11 pm on August 19th, 2015

Masquers – the simple fact is that with the travels around the country, that stinking, wrotten , incompetent phone company is really the only choice. Especially as we use our phone and tablet for taking credit cards. Most of the other companies don’t have coverage in as many places around the country – including even in our own little village.

Kat – if you are still speaking to your two-legged mama, please ask her to check her SDD. Even if you’re not speaking to her – point.

  24. Diane C.
    12:14 pm on August 19th, 2015

Tupper’s Mama and Wose–I don’t know if I’ve put this up before, but there are some interesting and well-documented examples of special “Rhymes-with-horizon” math. Here’s one of them:

  25. Masquers
    12:21 pm on August 19th, 2015

T&G: Yes, the wide coverage…that was exactly our reason for wanting to switch to the phone company that advertises…”can you hear me now?”
Our present phone carrier, that begins with an S, offered zero coverage when we were in Montana and Alaska. The inability to make and receive calls and texts when traveling is beyond frustrating.

DianeC: Going to check out your link now.

    12:36 pm on August 19th, 2015

Good morning. A brief hello and check-in the the office.

We now have another Plunderer family member who is an actor. Not as talented or famous as YSAS, but soon to be on the big screen. Are you ready for this? None other than our very own Peaches!

She is staring in an indie film called American Fable, coming out next year. Our friend Kim is involved in it and will have a credit in the film as “Chicken Wrangler”. Initially they wanted a pig to be the little girl’s companion and so Kim attempted to train a couple of pigs for the movie. She said “How hard can it be, they are as smart as dogs”. Well, now suddenly she says the kid is afraid of the pigs, so they are using Peaches instead. We are not sure of the real reason, but glad Peaches made the cut. Evidently the director is so happy with Peaches that she will get a special shout-out – “And Introducing Peaches as Happy”.

Guess she is enjoying herself, and especially the corn and watemellon treats that she gets after each scene. Hope no one steps on her!

    Love the Pug!

T & G, I think they have to pay her extra if she clucks, so probably not. She does ride in a basket on a bicycle, according to Kim. Kim says the film will be at Sundance next year, so maybe it will get an award.

Regarding Sundance, I should have said they are hoping to be at Sundance next year. I think they have to be invited to go. Regardless, we will be watching the film.

Just harvested our biggest tomato ever. It weighs 2 lb. 3 oz! Picked another from the same plant that is 1 lb. 9 oz. This is the one Gary G. created about 20 years ago and calls Pink Sue. It was originally a Brandywine cross. He was going to call it Big Sue after his wife, but she cabashed the idea.
