Good morning, everyone! Lots of chat yesterday even with DianeC, Nana and others missing. Grey and rainy here but still in the high 70’s to low 80’s. Sort of like fall and should cool off tomorrow. Bluekat, congrts on the blue flutterby 🙂

Good morning all. We had to laugh at Bee’s comment. We thought the same. I think that should have been broken down into 2 or 3 sentences.
Lovely fall day here, but the frost was definitely on the pumpkin this morning (no reference to pumpkin in liquid form). This is most likely the end of the green beans and peppers. Sob sob.
I am about to put up the last piece of wallpaper in the master bath. Just did the dreaded piece behind the toilet, so this next piece will be easy peasy. So proud of myself for saving $250. I got a little carried away with the chicken theme but what the hay! Fern and her sisters would approve.

Staff said to tell you that another donation has arrived at the Shake Your bootie headquarters. It is to match 100 more bootie bucks. Yeep yeep yeep, as a certain Pug would say! We now have available to match 215 bootie bucks.
If, I mean when, those bucks are matched we will have just over 2/3 of our goal met.

Rio: no news is good news. If I was going to be gone longer, I’d check in with Sadie. She will probably lose a couple of pounds while I am gone since I am sure she is not getting 3 meals and snacks per day as usual.

Good evening all. I actually went out of my comfort zone today. I went with Angie to the Alzheimer’s walk in memory of my M-i-l. Somehow I missed the info that it went from summer to pre-winter overnight, and it was chill-y out at the lake. Then we went to Cracker Barrel to replace any calories that may have gone missing. All in all, a good day.
I, too, think that Sammie is the cropped doggie.

Has anyone else read Richard Paul Evans’s The Walk series? They are good. His walk starts in Seattle and you must read them in order, as he walks to Key West, Florida. The series is The Walk, The Road To Grace, Miles To Go,and A step of Faith. Not sure of the title of #5, which is the last one. We are currently finishing #4.

Well Mommy has finally come back home. She has been out all evening, abandoning me.

Barb!…Harnesses come and go.
