Now, now. My intentions may have wanted more, but my actions were that of a gentledog. I saw Sam safely to her home. I gave her an appropriate head bump and she gave me a tail wag. I gave her a tail wag in return. She gave me a bark and a nose bump and with that I was off with good memories and a flip-flop in my stomach.

Well, I’ve shoveled the driveway 3x in the last 24 hours and it is still snowing and blowing. I am running out of places to put the snow. Prayers were answered here today. Barb has a friend from Lena who has a 28 year old daughter with an 5 month old daughter. Two weeks ago Ariel (the 28 yr old) found a large lump on her shoulder. They said it was most probably cancer and needed to do some surgery to see if it had spread to the bones or lymph nodes. Today they got the diagonis – NOT cancer! They will have a very nice Christmas this year!

Barely made it to work. A plow attempted to clear the road where I live but went into a ditch my mistake so no more plowing for a while. Out of 10 clients scheduled thus far only 3 have come. I have 8 scheduled during my shift this afternoon/evening so we will see who make it.

I made it out of the village and to my connecting flight. Barely. I became a bit concerned when a red light on the plane controls started flashing and beeping. It beeped. I yeeped.
Golinka: I know the feeling. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and had no earthly clue where I was. In the dark, I got out of bed, put my boots on and grabbed my coat. It wasn’t until I stepped out of the room that I recalled where I was and why I was there.
Oh, I can’t wait until Luna and Belle Starr hear about the Smoochers’ checkpoint. There is surely to be twirling and splorting! And, who knows what they will do. 😉
