I like the review–short and to the point.

    Good morning all.

We always thought it was a dog and his man.

Rio and Friend. So very sorry to hear about your friend’s sister. That is such a difficult situation to deal with, and in today’s environment, even worse. Please do give your friend extra cuddles and snuggles; she is counting on you for comfort and support.

Rio: The Thieves have offered their services to escort Friend’s aunt in her journey. After Beau made them promise not to take the precious cargo on any joy rides and not to paint the Bridge plaid, he agreed to give them the assignment. Moments after he agreed, they asked him for extra money for gas and Slim Jims so they could show her a good time. Moments after those moments, Wyatt was assigned to chaperone them.

More to Rio: Beau, Wookie and I stationed at the Bridge’s boarder. We are taking the Veil in shifts.

Thank youse!…From my friend. Today we have not heard anything which is good. My friend’s aunt was given 6 months to live last fall…sniff!…She is reaching her deadline I’m afraid…wheeze!…Choices in life matter. If one chooses to smoke their whole life then consequences will follow…snuffle!…This truth of course does not make anyone feel any better.

Subject!…On a whole different and more cheerful note, I have Milkweed growing in one of my corner gardens!…snort!…Now, this may not sound like a good thing but it is!…yeeep!…Last year I had ONE Milkweed plant. My friend harvested the pods and in the fall she spread the seeds into this corner. Now I have about 2+2 plants which are getting ready to bloom…yeeep!…Once they bloom they will attract the Monarchs and they (paws crossed) will lay eggs on the leaves…snort!..Then the little bitty caterpillars will hatch and start munching on the milkweed leaves. This is all they eat…wheeze!…Then they will become cocoons on the plant and hatch into beautiful Monarch butterflies….snorkel!

Rio: I remember once as a kid in Indiana, I put a plant and cocoon in a big jar with holes in it–I ended up with a moth instead of a butterfly.

BREAKING NEWS (good news): Mr. Big has lost a pound! He does still knock the kibble container around and if he really wants attention, he knocks over Sadie’s kibble container.

Rio: Mr. Big was weighed at the vet today when he was given his summer lion cut. He was not a happy camper after he woke up from sedation and they had to wrap him in a towel to put him in his carrier. They said I could keep the towel.

He is indeed too heavy and too impatient for me to weigh. Plus I’d have to hold him and step on the scale myself and I do not want to do that right now.
