No Post Today

Do you ever feel lazy? That happens to me sometimes, not often, and it happens to Bernie, too. And guess what – it’s happening today. He’s still in his robe! Have I ever described Bernie’s robe? Let’s just say he needs a new one. What I’ve got on is my collar, the brown one for everyday. There’s also the black for dress-up. So – we’re having a lazy day, just kicking back. “Take time to smell the roses,” humans say. I love when they say things like that! They’re so funny when they sniff at things with their little noses.

So – have a good day. Smell the roses everybody, as best as you can.

Tomorrow – Von Stroheim, Mayer, Murder.

I have roses in my yard…pink ones and yellow ones and miniature red ones….all worth sniffing no matter what their color. Lazy days are the best!

Gus and Wally yipping in here, we two are the Jack Russell Terr-sts who are like totally in charge of Miss Jan's Farm for Wayward Equines. Chet. Good advice! We took the day off from chasing varmints (even though there was one particularly enticing bolt hole we found before She pulled us away). So right now we are all three of us lazing in a hammock strung between two cottonwoods that She calls "Alamo trees" and we are all three listening to the ballgame on the radio. Not Elvis, but still. SHE has lemonade, we don't like that stuff, ewwww. But she gives us ice cubes in our water bowl which is very much fun, almost as much as varmints in bolt holes.
