I believe Wallace and Gromit are the antithesis of cool. So is it a compliment? What other cool human/pooch duos are there? I myself prefer Sherman and Mr. Peabody.

Wha!?….Is that the full review?… grunt!… While Wallace and Gromit are extremely entertaining, there really is no comparison to Chet and Bernie… snort!…Two totally different sets of characters. I have to say this was a very bad analogy…grump!….But I’m in a crappy mood today so everything seems a bit crumby.
Schedule!…What’s this? Sept. 4th at Noon The Charming Mr. Abrahams will be in Decatur, Georgia and then at 5:30 ole pointy headed Spencer will be there…. grunt!…These two will be traveling together to this event. Interesting…. snorkel!

I am so proud of Spence for expanding his horizons and leaving MA. He's even going to Chet and Bernie country! Spence writes so well about southern Arizona…I wonder how much time he has spent there. We know what a good writer he is, so maybe he is able to do his wonderful descriptions of the Sonoran Desert from his office in Cape Cod and just imagine Chet's desert with a little research thrown in.
Gus&BooBear, YES! Your mom should definately get a name tag that says Gus & BooBear's mom.

We are not getting to Vermont until October 8, and Spence's posted schedule so far is only through October 3. Hopefully he will be back from his Western tour and doing some stuff in Massachusetts between October 8 to 23, which is when we will be in Vermont. Wookie

If I remember correctly, Gromit, the canine, is smarter than Wallace. Now Chet and Bernie are smart in their own ways and complement each other.

Nan was much more upset over Chet's tumor than Barb was. She knew he would be ok, because Chet and Bernie are in a series. Couldn't go on without Chet.
She thought SQ was either writing about a personal experience he had had with his own dog. Or he wanted his readers to be more aware of medical issues like this, so as to seek imediate vet care if such a sitiation arose.

We are so excited!! SQ/PA is coming to Houston. We’ve attended other book signings at Murder by the Book and Mom will absolutely be there! We think she should get a name tag that says “Gus & BooBear’s Mom”.
We were catching up on postings last night and were so moved by Melanie saying the pack stood at the fence and watched the baby leave. We wondered if Grace missed her or if all the others just filled in the gap.

First mix it up and then put it in the refrig to get the right texture.

Got back from the poking (Chapter 6) and my last visit with Dr Mistry, the transplant surgeon, 15 minutes too late to get the mail today. There is a package there too. A notice in the box said so. Said it was sent express mail or some expensive way.

Dawson, I bet a Kindle can't be dropped, or left in a hot car, or have Pepsi spilled on it like mom does books. On the positive side, a Kindle wouldn't set on the shelf and collect dust like books do. We have a really serious dust problem where I live, but even that is not enough to get mom to go ditigal.

I am in the real book catagory. Although yes, there is certainly a dust problem at this house too. When we remodeled the farmhouse 20 years ago I refused to have a dining room. In our parents house the dining room table is just for piling stuff. So instead I made a library/sitting room. That is where this photo was taken.

Hello everyone! My boys did Something to my (I mean, my Mom's) laptop and it is dead. So yesterday Mom and Dad bought us a new one, and a new one for my boys. (We'll see how long that one lasts, snicker)
So, for now, Mom is channeling me through her computer at Work.
I'm not sure what she does because all I know is that she is gone too much and she comes home tired.
So, I see that Spence is coming as far west as Arizona! I hope that he can make it out to California. I really, really want one of those very cool badges!!!!!

For what reason all of a sudden do we appear to have some sort of outbreak problem involving bed bugs in the united states I worked at a area University for thirty years and didn’t have a problem till a couple of years ago?
