Mother’s Day Addendum
I should have mentioned my own mother in the Mother’s Day post. She taught me most of what I know about writing by the time I was 12 or so. She died before I became a writer – one of those things. I’m working on something now that I think she would have liked. Thanks, Mom, especially for the tips on dialogue. Also the blueberry muffins on Sunday mornings when we (the kids) were little (and picked the blueberries).

Good morning all!
Moms are certainly special. Spence has talked about his mom teaching him writing but the blueberry muffins is a special touch.

I picked blueberries also as a child. However the blueberries in Alaska would make your mouth pucker

Greetings!
A nice Mom tribute, Spence! What a nice memory of blueberry picking and fresh muffins. Very curious to know what it is you are working on…
RIO! I saw on the news your neck of the woods was hot, hot, HOT! My hair and I do not like that kind of weather. I hope your team makes it to the top! I could go for some hot dogs myself (especially grilled…Yum!).
Create the best day!

Hmm. I think I have a Kodiak Cake blueberry muffin microwave cup around here somewhere.
I think I shall eat it.
