Last Minute

Peanut oil? Check. Propane? Check. All systems go. Or at least some. Meanwhile, here’s an Amazon reader yesterday on Bark To The Future, the most recent Chet and Bernie novel:
“This one WAS literally and figuratively a cliff hanger. Love the Bernie Chet series. They never let you down! A great read.”

Sounds like a fried turkey could be on the menu at OFA’s house for tomorrow! :^)

    Create a good day!

Word of warning to OFA, if you planned on a fried turkey. HOH and DDD learned this the hard way 😮‍💨. Be sure your oil is hot enough before you even think about putting the turkey into the oil to cook.

Fried!…snort!…My friend brines her turkey. It really tastes delish!…chuffle!…But this year she is not cooking a whole turkey so some adaptation to the brine recipe will be involved…math! grunt!
