Oh, today is the vernal equinox. And I noticed when we got back home that there are small buds on our two new apple trees. What a wonderful sign that spring is indeed on the way.
I hope everyone else is seeing the end of winter and the beginning of spring.

Spring!…Today was spring-like here for the first time in ages!…snort!snort!…Lets hope this spring-likeness continues for a very long time….wheeze!

I noticed the orange tree has blossoms. At least something to show for all of the rain. I think the new apricot tree I planted has new leaves. All of the roses have new growth and a few have buds that are growing and growing. We should have blossoms in a few weeks. Maybe less.
Relaxed is the key. Much more relaxed now that my nephew has left for the week. Unfortunately he is coming back early on Friday to go shopping at CostCo. Supposedly buying King Crab (for grandpa) but I doubt my Dad will be eating all of it. Just paying for it. I have decided not to go so he can take both of my parents around the store buying toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, kleenex and coffee along with that King Crab. His problem is that he has champagne tastes and can’t even afford the beer. He drank all of my Dad’s beer before he could have any, and my Mom’s margaritas. He made the lobster I bought and hid in the freezer but now I’m wondering how much of that they got to eat.
I need Chet to pay a visit and bite him in the pant leg. Or higher if possible.
So to relax, I’m going to make a banana cream pie. And maybe a buttermilk pie too.

Pies!..At this late hour??…sniff!sniff!…Somehow I smell something fishy…sneeze!…I’d really like to see photoz of those pies tomorrow – or even tonight if possible…grunt!…This is just getting sort of out of paw if youse ask meez!…snuffle!
