Morning Howlers and Wose and everyone.’e
Great new cover art! Mom loves a man in jeans and as for four leggers, it goes without saying.
Wacky and wild and wonderful Wednesday to all.

    I like the cover.
My only slight quibble is that in the early books Chet was described as an “100 pounder.” Does he look like he weighs 100 pounds? Of course, muscle weighs more than fat but it seems like Chet would be bigger. He looks pretty slim in the cover art.
Finally we are getting our winter snow.

Chet on the new cover is not a hundred plus pounder. He weighs less than Ole Doc and more than Wee Nigel.

I didn’t mean to start a kerfuffle, I do like the cover art. It seems like the only criticism over the years the Chet books have gotten have concerned the covers. lol . OFA should hire Andrea to come up with an accurate portrait. She is the wife of the son of our heartfriend and has done portraits for Amalia and the O’Howlers.

Thank you! Thank you! for sharing this blog. I was SICK after the ending of Scents and Sensibilities. In fact, I had to take a break while listening to it (die-hard audio book fan) because I learned about the ending before I finished it. It made me so sad. These books have that ability–they influence how I FEEL. Which is why I love them so much. Spencer Quinn (Peter Abrahams) has a rare talent. It’s a beautiful thing, being able to reach another person’s emotions. Chet and Bernie need to live forever.
