Good morning, everyone! Welcome, Beretta as the facebookie friend. Quite a party last evening and a real game, not a blow out. Wish the “gentlemen” had behaved a bit better near the end.
Now TODAY is a really special day…GROUNDHOG DAY! Yeah, be sure to have one, or two, or three, or…okay, y’all get the point. The town that made B&M&L’s town sort of famous!

Beretta is enjoying that ball. Congratulations! Welcome Christy.

    Football game? What football game?

There are three-feet peaks of snow in my garden…and the sun is shining brightly.

    Good morning all.

    Good sunny morning, all!

Quite an exciting day yesterday for many reasons. Some areas here got 20″ of snow. Not sure what we got, but there are some 3 and 4″ drifts.

Game was exciting, but didn’t go the way we wanted. And we still liked Katy Perry’s performance.

Around here, we don’t consider Woodstock “sort of famous”. Our town mascot is a person dressed in a woodchuck costume. He is photographed everywhere and shows up at all important community events. We have Groundhog Day souvenirs for sale in town, and a widely attended walking tour each year, with people coming from all over to attend. All pretty cool.

B&M&L, sorry about the “sort of”. We were just thinking one has to be “Groundhog Day” the movie, afficionado to know that your town was used and not the PA town.

Forgot to say hi to Kincaid Beretta. What a pretty girl.

Did anyone see the Today Show ad where they show all the cast walking in their coats on their way to work? I think it says #rise&shine. Anyway, Barb’s sister’s DIL produced it. They live in NJ, near Natalie Morales, and she is a commercial producer.

MP&LL’s Mom, Thanks (we think). We were wondering since we have had: grey skies, blustery wind, sun peeking through, rain showers and a bit of snow. What’s up? We are sure Phil will be as right as he usually is 🙂

Being buried in snow here. The world around us has been cancelled. Someone is going to have to shovel us a pathway to go out, out, OUT. The snow is taller than we are.

Snow, snow snow! No school. Mom’s lap nearly all day. Mom just finished watching Superbowl ads on Hulu since she does not get network TV. She gets teary-eyed watching the lost puppy and America the Beautiful ads.
She watched online streaming of the big game last night but then her computer’s memory got full, the Pats dropped behind, and she gave up and went bed. Then it got exciting! Oh well…

Congratulations Beretta…pretty dog, cool name, and a quality firearm.

Mom says to thank you human ladies for the super clean-up. She knows none of the rest of us did much. It took me awhile to get Beau out of the hole he fell into.

    I didn’t like the half-time show.

Sadie was caught red-handed being a thief yesterday! Guilty, guilty, guilty. She is going to need more lessons on being sneaky and looking innocent from Pancho and Lefty.

Yesterday late afternoon I took off to the airport to pick up a friend. I had forgotten something so I returned home to get it. Sadie was at the door wanting to go out with a big foil loaf of garlic bread between her jaws! It had been sitting on the counter when I left and I thought Sadie was too short to get it. The smell must have been too enticing and she figured it out even with arthritis in her spine. I might have to cut back on her Rimydil.

I had been annoyed at myself for forgetting something and having to go home but I am glad I did. If I hadn’t, the bread and the foil would have been gone and I would have wondered if I had imagined buying the garlic loaf in the first place.

Reminder to all those traveling north: I have an abundance of various hats, gloves and warm scarfs. Bring your favorites but if you need more, I got them. Also, each bathroom has soaps, lotions, shampoos, hairsprays and a hair dryer so you don’t need tp pack these in your suitcases. I have two laundry rooms in my house so pack lightly and feel free to do laundry. This will free up your suitcases for anything you want to buy.
