My Librarian calls Fynn “cute.” He looks a little friendlier than some dogs. Congratulations to him!
Last copy seen here of TDWKTM was on its way to the Homebound Bus and someone who couldn’t leave their home to get to the library – sure to cheer them up.
Franklin and Mac are also on the front page this morning. Would a Newf let me ride on their back? They look horse-sized to me.

That Fynn is a fine lookin, big ole dawg. Not as handsome as certain hound types and he don’t hold a candle to my little sugardoodle Macy, but all in all a pretty fair representative of the nation within

I guess I should have checked you out among Chet’s friends before I wrote the previous note. I see that you work in a bookstore. That has to be one of the best places in the world to work. I enlarged your photo which makes you look like a really young guy.
I’m attaching a picture of me which shows me reading one of my favorite books,
Living the Good Life by Blou. I may offer a copy for sale when we get that project going. This picture hangs in the children’s section of several libraries, in reading
class rooms, and in literacy centers.

I had to go to the V E T yesterday with a pesky personal problem (PPP) and Richard, the nice tech, turned on me. First he followed me around with a cup on a stick while I tried to do my business. Then he TRIMMED MY NAILS. I totally did not see that coming. There is a different nasty place that usually does that. Thanks for nothing Richard!

Plans!…. Today is rushing by far too fast for the likes of me…snort!… This morning my friend went to work-out forever and ever and now she is back and gathering her project stuff together to take upstairs to work on…sniff!…There is more natural light upstairs and she is in the mood to put all the pieces she made all week long together…chuffle!
First!…We had to find out what time the Tigers and Yankees game is on …snort!… Luckily it is supposed to start at 6:30 our time…heh!… This will work out perfect because she has a wedding to go to this afternoon and she says she will be home in time to watch the game with me…snorkel! ….Her Renters are getting married so she does not feel obligated to stay very long at the reception….heh!
Spencer!….OH we can’t wait for this evening when the Montegue Gang meets Spencer and Gang…heh!….I hope no fights break out…sniff!

My gracious – so much going on when we aren’t looking.
Nana – we will be thinking good thoughts. Glad your #2 son was smart enough to go to the hospital. Pancreatitis really hurts, but with medical care it is very curable.
Melanie – sob, sob. We wish we were with you in the rental car. Corgis don’t take up nearly as much room as the Pack, but Mama says if she couldn’t go, neither could we. Poo!
Rio – looking forward to seeing the new leaves. We still think youf friend should do a quilled pug….should be easy enough – just tell her to start with your curly little tail.
Bee – sending the best thoughts for your brother. We would love for you to be able to go for a visit to North Vegas, but not for a medical emergency – just for a visit visit.

Wedding!… Well, now she is getting finalized for the wedding… snuff!…What a waste of time if you ask me…grunt!… The Phillies and the Cardinals are playing. She said she would leave the game on for me while she is gone…snorkel!…Now that’s what friends are for….heh!

We are so sorry to hear about Bear’s #2 son and Stover’s brother’s health issues. Mom will pray and we will keep our paws crossed for both.
We like the look of Flynn as well as his name. Congratulations!
Mom just got an iPaw and she is typing slow.

I have to ask a rather personal question. (this is for the nation only, and 2 legged with this problem, keep it to yourself) We went to the DOG PARK today. When we got there someone noticed that I was drooling like a Newfie. The words “mad dog” were used, but I was as happy as could be. Has this ever happened to you. Mom, the big panic-er, called the emergency vet, who said to watch if I did anything strange. Ex-cuse me? Walk on 2 legs, dance with lamp shade? I did not feel any strangeness coming on, so I just continued my stately stroll in the park. (all sorts of unseemly fetching going on).
There is a fence between the “little dogs” and the “big dogs”. First thing, Holly goes to the fence and issues a race challenge. That little chug is FAST. Every time, it was a dead heat. At one time I do believe that her back half was attempting to pass the front.

Macy, most dogs who normally don’t drool will under certain circumstances drool…like a special scent can bring it on, especially some place like a dog park.
As long as the dog doesn’t continue to do it everything should be fine.
Your mom is a good mom cause she called the vet.
Unless you are a Newf, drooling can mean things like a rotten tooth, upset tummy, or car sickness, but I think yours was brought on by something at the dog park.
Yes, I have done it at the dog park, but we can’t remember what the circumstances were.
If I were doing it at home for any length of time, mom would be calling the vet.

Ahem – your attention please. We have an announcement to make….
Melanie and her 2 Legged Pack have just checked in. They had a FABULOUS time. They met both Peter AND Spence (not sure if Admin was there or not – he might have still been pouting in a corner over the demise of some guys who wear colorful footwear.
They also met Diane, who is married to one of those guys, we can never remember which one. Melanie said she is a lovely lady.
Melanie took lots of pictures AND she BROUGHT lots of pictures – the ones of Spence and Audrey, which he is going to sign and send back to Melanie. She also took notes on his questions and answers so she can give a big report on the trip to all of us.
They are back in the car and heading for home. Its a long trip, so she hopes to snooze while YSAS drives. And she says she will not be on the blog tonight – but promises to check in tomorrow sometime in the afternoon to tell us all about it.
We can’t wait!!!

Bizarre!…grump!…What timing I ask?…sniff!…She parties and dances all night and comes home just in time to watch the continuance of game number 1…wuffle!…Who does that?…sniff! …Oh, but get this, she said they ran out of food when her table finally got called to go to the buffet table…heh!…So all she got to eat at the wedding was some baked beans and an small piece of corn on the cob …chorkle!…Thank goodness she didn’t hardly eat all day long because she thought she would be eating a lot at the wedding…snuff!…So her diet plan is safe with having eaten NOTHING practically all day long …chorkle!…Now she knows what I feel like All The Damned Time…sniff!
