Gus, Wally, Yummmm! Leave the porch light on at Thanksgiving. Abby and I will be right over. :) We'll groom the horses, tall and small, in trade for TG grub. Love it.

Chet, Jenifer...we are interested in the outcome of the fried turkey, for sure.

Hey Gus and Wally here, we be the awesome pawsome pair who can totally run all by our amazing Russell-selves Miss Jan's sodden but perfectly fenced sanctuary for some truly naughty horses some tall and some small which She won't let us chase, dang we hate that part. Anyways. She cooks FOR US at Thanksgiving too and doesn't forget we two her loyal helpers even with an overflowing housefull of two-legged ones some of whom like us and then there are thosee others who don't so we just spray them with white dog fur when we pass them in the hall. Anyways. She gives us chopped turkey no skin, mixed with cooked organic brown rice and chopped squash and green beans and celery and some cooked unsweetened cranberries (yum) and ladled with pure turkey broth no onions pleeze and no shrooms either with a scoop of organic plain canned pumpkin right on top. Oh! We LOOOOVE Thanksgiving! And we do NOT share with the horses!

Hmmm I think my crystal ball reveals a deepfried turkey in Chet's future. That's the only common link between Thanksgiving and propane unless Bernie is planning a desert campout w-fancy eats over the 4-day weekend (thereby avoiding Black Friday, such avoidance deeply and fervently desired by many of us). Am I right, Bernie???

Going to the farm for thanksgiving myself. That's in Illinois - a really long car ride from Georgia. Anyway, the important part is that there will be swimming, goose chasing and tug-of-war with buster. Oh and Dad's Mom and Aunt Pat will give me great big gobs of turkey. Love thanksgiving. Mom wants to know if Bernie is going to fry a turkey.
