“This remind you of anybody?” Admin says. He and Spence watch a video. Fun, but who was Admin talking about?

“Here’s a new exercise thing,” says Spence. “Come and watch.”

Admin and Spence watch a short video. Admin’s got the leaf blower on his back, meaning leaf blowing is about to start. The noise! Can’t wait till it’s over. What’s wrong with the leaves where they are?

But back to the video. They watch, and then Admin says, “Good exercise for the dog, but how is this going to get the American people in shape?”

“Not sure that’s the point,” Spence says.

“I’m with Michelle Obama!”

“I’m sorry?”

“We’ve got to get America in shape!” Admin revs up the leaf blower and steps outside.

“Subtext launched?” says Admin.

“Today,” says Spence. “I made all my entries some time back, but I’ll be checking to see reader comments and questions from time to time.”

“I’m not quite following.”

“Here’s a link that explains it, kind of,” Spence says.

“Love those baseball lifers like Tony La Russa,” says Admin.

“He’s something special,” Spence says. “Did you know about his animal rescue foundation?”

“I did not.”

“Here’s a link to how it all got started.”
